This is a great video - thank you. They used these copper pipes to connect the water source so it's super hard to pull the valve out to work on it. I need to get help. That said, thank you sir. I got pretty far but don't want to deal with this copper pipe.

I figured this out. Took the water hose off first while still attached underneath. Super super helpful video. Amazon replacement worked

Yes, you need to press the Sani Rinse and Heat Dry buttons twice sequentially. So Sani Rinse, Heat Dry, Sani Rinse, Heat Dry. Hope that helps!
