People are saying Diego wins, when he definitely wouldn’t. Sure, there are chances, but Jotaro winning is higher. Diego uses THE WORLD to stop time for 5 seconds, whereas Jotaro (Part 6) has 5 seconds , however was 2-3 at the start of Stone Ocean. Also, Star Platinum was stated to be physically stronger of all Stands in JoJo, and punches over the speed of light. He never got weak (apart from his time stop as he didn’t use it on many occasions), there’s that stupid misconception saying he got weak. In Part 6, his only weakness was his daughter and his overprotective side kicking in. Also, people saying (how couldn’t he have caught Made In Heaven), well MIH/Pucci was probably already moving faster than the speed Jotaro can comprehend, and he couldn’t even catch up with Anubis Chariot (Anubis with the body of Polnareff). EDIT: People want to bring up the Rat fight? Well Jotaro was intentionally putting pressure onto Josuke, training him to increase his accuracy, but that isn’t the biggest point I need to make. It’s responding against those who say he couldn’t join the bullets of the rats. It wasn’t only that the rats predicted his movements, it was that after dodging well, the rats only then revealed that their bullets can ricochet off rocks, and shot Jotaro in his leg from the ricochet, allowing him to get hit right after due to his movement being a little worse, as he’s injured. Jotaro would also be holding back in some of his battles because what he does, it’s for the sake of the Speedwagon Foundation and the Joestar Bloodline. He was probably holding back against Pucci (while he had C-Moon) to apprehend him too, he was still working with them. If we’re thinking of when Jotaro was in his prime though, it’s either gotta be him at the end of Stardust Crusaders, or at the end of DIU. Reason for end of DIU is because he’s improved, smarter, and although his Part 6 self may be wiser and smarter, Part 4 Jotaro has been seen to get pissed off easier (Episode 1 of Part 4) and he has less to lose, knowing Jolyne isn’t in his presence.

People forget that Dio kepts healing on again and again that's why he could fight jotaro. Others who cant heal will just get one shotted by Jotaro its not even a competition. There were so many instances in part 3 where dio would have died but he was a vampire and healed back. But if those happen with anyone else in the series they would really be dead.
