How to make Linear Actuator | DIY Linear Actuator

Hello Doston,
Is video me maine ek simple linear actuator banaya hai. Ye actuator easily ban jata hai aur bahut sare project me kaam a sakta hai. 150 RPM DC Motor ki wajah se iski speed kam hai lekin power bahut jada hai. Higher RPM motor user karenege to linear actuator fast ho jayega.

What did you do for its self locking. Once it is in extended position holding some good weight, it will start retracting due to weight.
