Imagine the same ezio trilogy but with odyssey graphics and unity parkour

    • @gagetaylor192
      @gagetaylor192 4 ปีที่แล้ว +102

Nah, the parkour from the first 4 games were the best and most realistic. They go to extreme lengths to make the parkour in the future games look good and smooth to the point the assassin's can literally grasp tiny cracks, which makes no sense. And I know the franchise isn't precisely accurate but there was a level of realism and accuracy in the first 4 games that made it special.

Unity actually has better graphics than Odyssey even though it came out in 2014. Certainly has the best parkour system too.

I remember walking out of Target with Assassin’s Creed II in my hands. Non-stop talking to my mom about how much fun I’m going to have playing it. I was 10 years old when I first started playing this amazing trilogy. I’ll be 21 soon, and I just finished Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood for the 9th time. These games will always have a special place in my heart.

Dustin Hill Those games we love as kids hold a special place in our hearts, and impact who we grow to be whether we realize it or not. For me it was Halo, Fable, and Assassins Creed. From Halo I learned the importance of strength and sacrifice, Fable taught me the value of freedom and choices, and Assassins Creed taught me culture and appreciation. These games are more than just digital time wasters, they are pieces of art that live in our hearts and minds for life!

Loved AC2 and the series since I was like 5 watching my dad play it. Later I would play brotherhood for myself like 10 times and then finally get to play AC2 for the first time when I was around 10. This game remains one of my favorites to this day and I feel it shaped me as a person in a way and also serves as a nostalgic reminder of my early child hood. I’m 15 now and in the last 2 years out of the 10 of being a fan I have started to understand the greater narrative of these games(AC2, ACB, ACR). I have spent many hours reflecting on these games and my own life. I can personally relate with this story of a character going from an immature boy full of rage toward the tragedies in his life to a mature man motivated by his personal tragedies. Due to my parents going through a nasty divorce when I was around 5 or 6 I had to mature fairly quickly due to the constant conflict between my parents and to look after my younger sister. I haven’t played AC2 in a long time now but this has still continued to influence me. Like I have said this game has played a huge part in my life and has shaped me into the person that I’am today and even if their may be games that I think may be better than AC2, it still remains my favorite over those due to the emotional significance it has to me. Sorry for the essay, just needed to express my love for this game thanks for reading

When I was young, I loved AC2 and the Ezio depicted therein, and eventually sees Brotherhood a better instalment with upgraded game mechanics and continuation of its excellent story writing, but felt dissatisfied with the Revelations story that falls short quite a bit (partly also because they killed Lucy and eventually Desmond, but this is off topic). As I grow older however, I began to see the weight and gravity of ACR and it being a tale of the maturity of Ezio's life as an assassin where he eventually link up with Altair and Desmond and retires with the revelation of what the Assassin's Creed truly means. While ACB remains my favourite, ACR always have the place of providing the greatest endings in all of ACs, particularly for Altair and Ezio.

@@user-yo5rc9ol8n I'm sorry to learn of your family story. Wait till you grow even older to appreciate what it is to be an old ACR Ezio, who grew to be a person who is able to love others amid the distressful situations he was in throughout his whole life, instead of remaining in his younger self who had his actions driven by mostly revenge, instincts and arguably self-righteousness. He would not have been such a good character if he remained the same while his body aged. Hope you learn from your parents and have a good family of your own too.

@@user-yo5rc9ol8n Honestly, even the worst kind of person can love others when he's in a smooth environment, but not everyone can love one another in distress and anxiety. If there's any wisdom from someone in the 30s for a young person who desires to have a good family, besides spending time on good education at your current age, learn to accept that we can be wrong and learn to forgive others. These attributes are not things you can learn at universities and are very hard to learn after you turn 30 and you will need that for LIVING with someone you love. Choose wisely.

Although I don't hate using guns and stuff, assassin's creed has always been about having nothing but buildings and the hidden blade as your main if not only weapon. The assassin's creed franchise went down a weird path. Sometimes in modern assassin's creed games I just pretend I don't have access to a gun and pretend its based way back in the past. I hope they can one day make a remastered version of the first and second game.

Ah, the OG Assassin's Creed vibe. Before all that 'RPG and side quests' bullshit shoved down our throats.
Ezio Auditore will always be the greatest assassin ever for me (Altair was the KEY though. My respects!). I always felt like, I was growing as a person beside him. I learned a lot from going through his journey. ACR Ezio despite being a little weary of his adventures is an absolute definition of badassery. This reminds me of one of his greatest quotes.. "you can't spell assassin without sin and twice the ass."
Well, without any further drag, I'll just leave this here.
"When I was a young man, I had liberty, but I did not see it. I had time, but I did not know it. And I had love, but I did not feel it. Many decades would pass before I understood the meaning of all three. And now, the twilight of my life, this understanding has passed into contentment."
"My life is one of many thousands, and the world will not suffer if it ends too soon." We miss you, Mentor!

Notice Ezio’s box art image changes as he ages? His youth slowly declines as he ages according to his face. In AC2 he is smiling, ACBrotherhood, he is neutral, and in ACRevelations he looks depressed. Like he regrets spending most of his years as an assassin.

I was very young when my brother talked about assassin's creed and heard 3 name's: Altaïr, Ezio and Conner and i found it so interesting. Im 13 now and i bought the ezio collection, assassin's creed III remastered, black flag and rogue on my Nintendo. Im forever a fan and ezio is my favorite assassin all though i watched my brother always play AC3 and it still has a special place in heart and childhood...

This is where Ubisoft at the highest point of their game franchises and well-known in the industries. AC1 was my first game, and then i read a gaming magazine about the sequel that about to release. Yes, it was AC2 the first time i got hyped for a game that about to release and the rest is history. Requiescat in Pace Ezio, you were the person that taught me to be wiser.

I was about 9 years old. It was a summer night when I came across this game in the free Xbox live game section on my 360. I heard of the franchise but never took an interest to it. I started the game. It was probably around 9pm and the sun was down. I played for what seemed an hour or two. I took a quick glance behind me at the only window in my room. The sun was up and it was then 5am.

I like when the first game underwhelmed after all the hype it got, Ubisoft immediately saved it by focusing on a much more interesting character (Ezio). So much so, that the next few games pretty much just focused on him instead of Altair. They sprinkled some of Altair’s backstory when the story needed it but that’s about it. I wasn’t able to finish the first game because of how boring and uninteresting Altair was, as well as the overall story but had no problem playing through the trilogy and Assassin’s Creed 3 (to finish the story out). If it weren’t for the sudden focus change (not sure if that was planned in advance, maybe) I wouldn’t have even gotten into the series in the first place.
Ezio is one of my favorite video game characters, so when they released The Ezio Trilogy on PS4 I immediately bought it and played through all the games again.
