Exactly, I was just about to say something about that. From what I've read, Ezio Auditore and the Kenways are related to Desmond from his fathers side, and Altair and his bloodline comes from Desmond's mothers side
What I loved about the first 3 Assassins Creed games was the actual Assassins. Altair Ibne Lahad and Ezio Auditore were cold faced killers. When on a assassination missions these guys were very serious and passionate about there work.
When other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. When other men are limited by mortality and law, Remember, everything is permitted.
The sad thing is, instead of turning into this convoluted mess, Assassin's Creed could have been one of the best game franchises of all time... if they decided to take a good few years to work on each of their games to an insane and perfectly designed extent instead of releasing a new one in a new era literally *every year*.
Origins and Odyssey are far from a convoluted mess in terms of individual games. Story in terms of the franchise, maybe somewhat. But as individual entities, those games are damn good
I love assassin's Creed. I don't care what anyone says. Yes they have probably made too many games and screwed up the timeline because of it, bit there are so many cool places in history that I would love to explore. Viking era, ancient China, feudal Japan. The list could be endless.
You accept it or not these guys know how to create a great open world. From Jerusalem and Damascus to ancient Egypt and Greece. Just take a horse ride through the Athens in AC Odyssey and you'll know what i mean.
I really nerded out when I saw the Discovery Tour in Origins. I've only gotten to do a couple of them, but to me it's the best non-game part of the game!! I am also a giant Ancient Egypt nerd.
Teacher : Ok Damian, who were Adam and Eve. Damian : They were people born without neuro-transmitters, so they couldn't be controlled and they started the human-isu war. Teacher : You got an F.
@@eversinze Its kinda funny that just few days ago in JRE podcast he had Graham Hancock as a quest where they mentioned the origin story of amazonians ancestors, long story short their story mentions that so called "supernatural beings" brought their ancestors to amazon gave them "black earth(extremely advanced man made soil)" teach them how to build megalith structures etc.. yet they were humans just like them, no gods or aliens just flesh and blood. So when i saw the opening of this video that thing came to my mind instantly :D I really suggest checking that podcast for anyone how likes history and archaeology, really interesting stuff specially now that there are new findings from amazon like massive ruins thanks to corporations chopping forest down.

Mine is Ezio Trilogy, I also really like Black Flag and Origins too tho. Idk about AC3 I wasn’t a huge fan of it and never played Rogue and don’t plan to.
This is actually kind of funny seeing that the most recent installment in the series (Assassin Creed Odyssey) is technically the first game chronologically.
Yeah, I would double check any RECENT statement from Ubisoft, i'm pretty sure they changed some stuff lore wise to make it fit. As well as in one of the expansions, we're meeting the person who created the first hidden blade. So.
@The Assassin Ok before you get your measles infected knickers in a twist, the official name of the war is the French and Indian War. Literally everyone knows it's not about actual Indians, rather Native Americans.
Actually, I only got into it because it seemed interesting (Egyptian history, that is). Of course I never said anything inaccurate, any theories or fictional content which the game had filled my head with. Ps. I live in the transcendent north, actually, you nutsack xD.
Origins and Odyssey are two of the finest games I've ever played. Being a lover of ancient history, in particular, the Egyptians, I've gotten the chance to take part in helping Cleopatra meet Caesar. One of the most famous first encounters between two giants in history that were destined to change the world together. Brilliant. Not only does the game immerse you in history and make you instrumental, but it goes even further in the little details. People are living their lives. You can stop and watch a butcher, a stonemason, a street merchant, a farmer, you name it, every aspect is covered to minute detail. The Egyptian tourist idea was amazing. Not only do you see these famous sites in detail, but you see them as they were over 2000 years ago, looking a little bit younger and doing it in a believable way. Like how the pyramids have more casing stones, stuff like that is done to perfection. Truly immersive game with a plot that plays out and doesn't feel detached. And, that's just Origins. I could easily write a few more paragraphs about how good Odyssey is. It's like it took the best from Origins and totally refined the game. But, just knowing I could continue singing this wonderful franchise's praises means I don't need to. Enjoyed the clip. It's helped fill in some gaps to the lore since I've only played 3 parts. The other was the one set in the Renaissance. It's a brilliant plot and I'd say without a doubt it's loosely based on or at least inspired by the Sumerian epics about when the Gods lived on Earth and how they made us in their image to be used as slaves/pets/cattle. There is a load of parallels that stand out like a sore thumb because I know many of the ancient stories quite well. Well. It's a good premise to tell a story. These ancient tales aren't called epics because they're boring.
still don't get the hate on this franchise, what they did with AC in origins was one heck of a revive. They actually do what people say they should do, took a brake of a year, and now they brought us 2 amazing RPG games that explain the beginning to us, since the main plot already ended ;) People need to stop hating on everything because this franchise is clearly one of the few original 'old skool' franchises left, and still going strong.
They're focusing less on history and story-telling and more on having people on their team who are literally everything that are supposedly oppressed. In the discovery thing they felt like instead of historical accuracy they needed to show boys and girls attending school not to offend anyone because it was sexist. Yeah.
@@smukase But if you stop your rage for just 1 sek you realize you just got triggered over someone talking about a game so your not better xD and i have to agree with oculism they should do more with historical accuracy but if you mind me asking oculism when did they do show boys and girls attending school not to offend anyone because it was sexist? I cant remember that... I dont like like the new combat system or the style of the new ac games for my part i still think the older ones were better and the AC Unity Combat system was the best. But thats just what i think.
That... is not true. The main plot didn't end. ACIII ending is somewhat similar to the end of Star Wars Episode 5; Ends on a massive cliffhanger.... with a shitfuckton of new questions. Except that in Assassins' Creed there STILL hasn't been an "act II" .
The series keeps going backwards and backwards until it... 10 years later... *Assassins Creed: The Land Before Time* Edit: Holy! Thanks for the 2.1k likes guys!
Altair is unrelated to Ezio and the Kenways. Altair is the ancestor of Desmond's mother. Ezio and the Kenways are ancestors of Desmond's father. Also, the Kenways and Ezio are unrelated as well. One of Ezio's descendants managed to screw one of Connor's descendants and we got the line that gave birth to William Miles. P.S : Clay Kaczmarek (Subject 16) shares only one ancestor with Desmond, which is Ezio. Although, Clay is descended from an illegitimate child of Ezio, and not from his legitimate children with Sofia Sartor like Desmond.
All those people who wrote the story, that stated that they are related you mean? If you're gonna start making theories, post references for them. Don't just say "the people behind the story have said"... with no actual evidence to prove a point. Nice try good sir, try replaying the series again.
All the proof about this is in the games. And there's the other guy who thinks they're all related because they have the same scar... Sometimes, I lose faith in humanity when I see this kind of stupidity. Altaïr is expressely stated to be Desmond's ancestor from the maternal line in the Abstergo data you can find in Black Flag imgur.com/a/vypOV Desmond has been said to be where the bloodlines of Altair and Ezio converge. Not his father, not his mother, but him. Which is why his father said he was special in the AC3 intro monologue, which gives him enough Isu DNA that he can use Eagle Vision, which is also why Abstergo wants him, not his father or mother. Which further proves the point that many of you don't seem to understand.
As for Clay, he mentionned in the Revelations database that his access to Ezio's memories ended earlier than Desmond's did, which means that the memory sequence was passed on when Ezio still hasn't finished his quest (same thing happened to Desmond when Altaïr impregnated Maria on top of the tower in AC2, which made Desmond's POV change to his next ancestor Sef.) Desmond had far more access to more memories of Ezio because his next ancestor, Flavia Auditore, wasn't born until after Ezio retired. Look, I already said I wasn't theorizing and now you just made me write a wall of text and made yourself look stupid. Go read the official wiki, those guys who wrote it did their homework. I don't have time for idiots who think someone repeating established lore is theorizing. Or you can just ignore the lore if you don't like it and believe your own head-canon. Also, I suggest you go replay the whole series since I clearly remember details more than you. Nice try to sound smart, good sir.
He is..We are all technically related to each other...We all have the same great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, grandfather...
I was hoping someone would call that out. Desmond was the convergence of a number of significant assassin family trees. Doesn't mean it's all one line. I don't think people understand just how far out a family tree's branches can spread after only a few generations, let alone that many generations back.
They're not all one bloodline, Altair is not the ancestor to Ezio or Edward etc. The most familial link we have is Edward being Haytham's father, who in turn fathers Connor. Desmond is a descendent of various bloodlines, they converge on him
Uh... the first 4 assassins are very much indeed related. DO you not know how the animus works?? Anyone seen when Desmond is in the animus is an ancestor of Desmond.. meaning they all are themselves related along the bloodline... if Altair was not an ancestor to Ezio then Desmond couldn't see both of their lives... Same goes with Connor which of course then includes Haytham and Edward. those 5 are His ancestors. whether the rest are at all connected we cannot say since it is no longer desmond in the animus nor is it mentioned that the dna used is desmonds outside of black flag.
Ezio is actually an ancestor of William Miles (Desmond’s dad) and also the Kenways. Altair is on Desmond’s mothers side. They are not related but they do indeed converge on Desmond.
@@crazyskeever9966 where do we learn what side of the family they come from? I've never heard that before.. it is still in the bloodline though. And most are directly related still if true. Is that in the books? Or did I just miss it somewhere.
@Daniel Northrup IIRC in black flag you can see a note from Abstergo listing all the possibilities of various ancestors in Desmonds blood and this is where it reveals where in Desmonds family tree the various assassins were. Granted it does not name them but it does give time periods and locations to work with making it fairly obvious to us the audience who each one is.
Daniel Northrup There’s a cutscene in Assassins creed 3 as-well when Desmond was viewing the memories of Haytham and after discovering he was a templar told his dad (William Miles) “He’s your ancestor too, so why don’t you hop in the animus”. Followed by a falcon punch to the face by yours truly.
I think the only problem would be that it would be a huge stretch, seeing as the current 'origins' - most games aside from 3 take place in the mostly European* continents. By the time assassin's make their way to the Americas the Aztecs wouldn't have been really working with anyone from the brotherhood. As such it would most likely be like a mini AC and not mainline.
Got Unity plot bit wrong. Arno didn't escape with Elise in a hot air balloon after killing Bellec, they stole it after killing a Templar and there was no Apple in the vault. Arno killed Germain and the Sword of Eden was damaged so lost all power but still useable as an ordinary sword. That was Arno's prize it was a sword not Apple. The Apple came a few years later on the DLC (which became free due to the number of bugs which screwed over season pass owners wasting money) when Arno retrieved the head of Saint Denis and inside was an Apple which was then sent to Cairo...Then Napoleon went to Cairo to find the Apple then come back as Emperor.
Holy crap, i had no idea the plot was so intense! I had no interest in learning asassins creed history, but this is so well presented and entertainig that i stayed for the whole video. Amazing job explaining everything nicely and understandably
The problem with the AC series is that Ubisoft just doesn't want to advance the plot. Yeah, running around as your ancestors in the animus is fun, but most people- Ubisoft included- seem to forget that the series is set during _modern times_. The actual story line is modern assassins(?) going into the animus to find pieces of eden to defeat Abstergo, a.k.a. the _modern Templars_. Having an AC game set in present times would both advance the plot(or what's left of it) and make for a more interesting spin on the series, similar to Black Flag, unlike all the recent games, where the protagonist(?) might as well be taking a nap for all the impact it seems to have. But Ubisoft refuses to because "There are just too many mechanics we would have to develop". A.k.a 'it's to much work.'
disney era power rangers, so does everyone else who plays these games. It’s just a lot are tired of Ubisoft getting lazy and shitting on established lore simply because they want to appease to the casuals and push a game out as soon as possible.
This is so true. The past stories were related to the "modern" assassins. This was so good because if felt like is actually matters what happend. But when you play the modern ACs it is almost like the two story lines have nothing in common with each other.
Played 3 days of it. Game sucks absolute balls. Main character is one dimensional, gameplay buggy as all hell (arno never goes where you want him) and the french setting is dull and uninteresting.
GuruR97 Lmao the amount of times that I hit my desk or just straight up raged because of him jumping on everything and not going where you want him to go. Ahh still love the game tho
Most of AC Brotherhood takes place between 1500 - 1503. it’s only the very last mission that takes place in 1507 so it’s more so that he aged badly over 8 years
Dutch Van Der Linde you rat why did u leave me to die. What made you join Micah? You have know me for more than 20 years, Micah only months. Why dutch Why?
I don't need to try it to know it would be horrible. Nothing to climb, except mountain. Max 500 population for the largest village. 90% of the buildings would be small huts. All there would be is mountains and forest. Unless it's would also mostly take place in Britain or France, and it's used for small missions and a place for players to take a break. But then it's just the Frontier from AC3. An AC game that takes place entirely in a viking setting would be awful.
so true !! i remember an history class back in high school where my teacher was taking about the byzantine's Hagia Sophia becoming the Blue Mosque with the ottoman invasion of Constantinople becoming Istanbul. I talked about suleiman the magnificent and he was impressed and asked if i went there on vacations and i replied that i climbed on all of Istanbul's monuments.
Louis Salads most if not all the protagonists up to Connor (excluding Shay) are all descendants of Altaïr if I remember correctly. Someone actually went through and made a genealogy chart of all the games and how they tie in. It’s been updated to include odyssey as well, it’s a massive chart
Jake Adams I know that the original is on deviantart, I don’t remember the username of the person though Edit: ultimatezetya is the username and I was mistaken in them all being related to Altaïr. According to the chart, Desmond’s mother’s line is descendants of Altaïr, which is why he can relive those memories. However, Desmond’s father’s line traces to Ezio. So to correct what I said, those characters excluding shay, are descendants of Ezio, not Altaïr, my bad.
@@rachelanelalanimazzone427Altaïr is actually related to Desmond maternally and the Kenways and Auditores are related to Desmond paternally. The bloodlines converge at Desmond.
This helped a lot, only owning unity (yes I know it's not everyone's favourite) I was shocked after finding out that Shay was the killer to Arno's father. Nice vid!
The CEO of Abstergo in Black Flag mentions he is going to visit Chicago, which is where the first Watchdogs takes place. There is a side mission in Watchdogs that let's you kill him and his description is "Targeted by the Brotherhood". And in origins, there is security footage of Aiden Pearce (the main character in watchdogs) shooting him
Altair:Agent 47 Ezio:James Bond Connor:The Punisher Edward:Captain Jack Sparrow Arno:The Generic White Guy protagonist (Edit) I've never had this many likes in my life!
Yup, fairly accurate one about Altair. In AC 1 if you get detected or hit you desync, not because Altair is dying or something, but because Altair never actually got hit in the memory. That's how good of an assassin he was, never detected and never hit.

I guess the issue is that it started with the Templars being the evil guy, a historical order, so it wouldn't make much sense to put it anywhere in Asia, but i'm sure they can make up some creative branch order with asian connections and glue it all together if they wish to, they have a lot of creative room for that. I just hope they put some thought into it rather than "yeh we're in japan now, cuze ...stuff".
Altair haves two pronounciation in arabic - (Altayer) Means the flyer -(Alta,er) Means the bird. and if you want to know how i know about this, I am arabian
that doesn't make them muslim.. "bird son of no one" doesn't relate to islam or arabic society by anything and as we know he is an atheist (doesn't believe in the existence of gods)
What i find intresting is that Assassins Creed 1 is probably the most historically accurate of all the assassins creed games. Since during the actual Third Crusade there were European crusaders called the Knights Templar, Knights Hospitallier etc. Then the Muslim armys of Saladin and what do you know, the Assassins. Probably the only thing that wasnt accurate is the whole ancient civilisation thing and some other small details. So i kinda like to think that the Assassins Creed Franchise is somewhat real and somewhere still living the Assassin Order (forgetting that they got destroyed by the Mongol Empire)
It makes sense though in AC universe. The only reason its accurate is because its one of the more later games in the timeline, meaning history hasn't muddled with it in time. Like take AC Origins and AC Odyssey, many of the legendary creatures and gods were in reality just isu creations, but we always thought of them as myths and nothing more.
It would be cool if Ubisoft would continue with Lydia Frye's time in WWII that was included with Syndicate. They could make a really good story out of her and the Frye family
No. Desmond is in both bloodlines, yes. But Ezio and Altair dont share a bloodline. They are not relatives. If you go back to Adam and Eve you can say that every human is related to each other. But that is missing the point.
The Ezio Trilogy was one of the best trilogies in gaming. Let alone the best set of AC games (Revelations... was ass.... story was good though). ACIII, IV, and Rogue were great for introducing ship combat... kind of fun. Personally I truly loved ACIII more than the other 2. Unity had the best parkour system ever. It was smooth, fast. It just felt right and flowed smoothly. The most enjoyable and lore filled Odyssey, and Origins. Definitely amazing.
There are still a few compelling real historical places they could visit first, but eventually yeah, playing during the first civ era and finally getting answers would be sick.
I'm hoping they do 1 more 3-part DLC for Odyssey. Wouldn't necessarily be time travelling though considering Kassandra/Alexios lives for a long time, but each episode could focus on her helping a different one of the main assassins or something similar
Moon Luna, it's a little late to say get well soon....so I hope that you are feeling better & all healed up! I've played some of the AC (4 so far) games & really love the look of them. Played Black Flag on high, but my pc can't play Origins above medium...lol...but I still love the look of it. My Origins game got messed up, so I decided to play Unity until I mix the issue with that HDD. So glad I finally got Unity. Well, I hope you have a great day & be safe.
Not quite, it's actually in between 49 and 43 BC. If you go back and look at the last cutscene where Aya is writing a letter to bayek shortly after she killed The Grandmaster of the Ancient Order in Rome, it says "43 BC" at the bottom corner and let's not forget that the DLC's itself takes place a few years after the game.
I started in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood but my favorite one is Syndicate followed by Odyssey even tho I don't like that much the RPG factor but oh damn I loved Kassandra.
Assassins Creed holds a special place in my life. When I was a kid Assassins Creed 2 came out while my family was on a holiday though Europe. It was a surreal experience playing Assassins Creed 2 then seeing those exact locations irl. I remember walking into an area of Venice and already knowing where I was from playing the game.
The Story and Games of AC are so good you just can't say that one of the Arcs was the best, because they all were extremly good and worked as a piece of a big puzzle. But for me the Ezio Trilogie always hits me right in the heart with that Nostalgie, altough the Kenway Arc was really nice aswell.
Lol... You must be a kid that lacks taste for a good story... The stories of the newer AC games are complete and utter garbage, and not to mention SJW to the core... I'm assuming you think Disney Star Wars are good movies as well? Don't ya?

I wouldn't call Ezio's detour to Masyaf and Constantinople part of the Italian Renaissance, either. I think they were just giving broad terms by the general epochs over which the game has taken place. But yes, as someone who loves to study about the Revolutionary War and its surrounding conflicts, it was indeed a noticeable gaffe. There were quite a few in there, but if they're not absolute die-hard fans of the series, I think they did quite well in trying to sum up the timeline for casual people trying to jump into this growing morass which now doesn't even include Assassins.
Bayek and maji....you mean bayek the medjay...and altiair & ezio do not share a bloodline they share no familial relation, nor are the kenways related to altiair
sean k yeah I was getting annoyed with the bloodline thing. Altair is part of a different bloodline than the kenways and ezio that come together into one person(Desmond). Altair is his moms ancestor
Im pretty sure Altair, Auditore and Kenways ARE same bloodline. After all how would Desmond be able to follow their exploits via Animus (version he was using was using user's DNA). Also Desmond's DNA is used by Abstergo to browse Edward's story.
And if you wanna know assassins or templars right, check this out Both assassins and templars were seeking the good but they couldnt understand each other or their methods and lifestyle they wanted was different so they fought in Altair’s time. Assassins were good and templars were bad in Ezio’s time. Aaron gamer Ezio is not the descendant of Altair, the Auditore family related to Altair through Marco Polo, Marco’s father and uncle Niccolo and Mafeo Polo are Altair’s student, and when the Mongol attacked Masyaf, Altair tasked both of them to spread the assassins teaching, while in the journey the Polo brothers lost thr codex to the Mongol, the brothers tried to retrieved it but failed, and several years later joined by Niccolo’s son Marco, the three of them went back to Mongol and retrieved thr codex, several years later Dante Alghieri showed his student Domenico the codex which Marco Polo aquired when visiting Mongol, and later when Domenico went to do some errand for Dante, he found that Dante was murdered by the templars, knowing this, Domenico’s father sent him away to Spain in order to hide the codex before he left, Marco Polo gave him his bank account number on a piece of paper, and the money help Domenico’s journey to Spain, and from Spain to Florence, and establishing the House of Auditore in order to erased his connection to Marco Polo and to hide the codex of Altair, and that is why Ezio is not Altair descendant, it’s because Domenico Auditore is his great-great-grandfather, don’t know with Kenway though, but at one point in the game, there was a statement, it said that Edward is the first Kenway to joined the brotherhood, so no relation with Altair at all

I think it's funny that you say you'd get an "F" on a paper using this information. Funny thing is, I actually wrote my high school thesis on the Assassins and Templar war and conspiracy. They said "write whatever you want" so I did. Ended up being WAY longer than I wanted and I got an "A"...so take that. Anyways, very interesting, very few things I did not know, but it's cool when you see them all back-to-back.

Blame it on Ubisoft for firing Patrice Désilets and many of the other writers. An original vision is lost when all its creators have jumped ship.
Pretty sure accuracy was in the back burner since establishing the Isu in ACII and henceforth it got more fantastical.
Duncan Disorderly First like. Good words! Thanks for that.
@@Wowa9305 Speaking as a writer, it's always empowering to hear someone has appreciated my words. Thank you. =)
still don't get the hate on this franchise, what they did with AC in origins was one heck of a revive.
They actually do what people say they should do, took a brake of a year, and now they brought us 2 amazing RPG games that explain the beginning to us, since the main plot already ended ;)
People need to stop hating on everything because this franchise is clearly one of the few original 'old skool' franchises left, and still going strong.
They're focusing less on history and story-telling and more on having people on their team who are literally everything that are supposedly oppressed. In the discovery thing they felt like instead of historical accuracy they needed to show boys and girls attending school not to offend anyone because it was sexist.

+Arik Wing
The way you see it is wrong. I'm also not theorizing here, I'm saying what the people behind the story have said.
All of them look alike, all of them have the scar. So
All those people who wrote the story, that stated that they are related you mean? If you're gonna start making theories, post references for them. Don't just say "the people behind the story have said"... with no actual evidence to prove a point.
Nice try good sir, try replaying the series again.
All the proof about this is in the games. And there's the other guy who thinks they're all related because they have the same scar... Sometimes, I lose faith in humanity when I see this kind of stupidity.
Altaïr is expressely stated to be Desmond's ancestor from the maternal line in the Abstergo data you can find in Black Flag imgur.com/a/vypOV
Desmond has been said to be where the bloodlines of Altair and Ezio converge. Not his father, not his mother, but him. Which is why his father said he was special in the AC3 intro monologue, which gives him enough Isu DNA that he can use Eagle Vision, which is also why Abstergo wants him, not his father or mother. Which further proves the point that many of you don't seem to understand.
As for Clay, he mentionned in the Revelations database that his access to Ezio's memories ended earlier than Desmond's did, which means that the memory sequence was passed on when Ezio still hasn't finished his quest (same thing happened to Desmond when Altaïr impregnated Maria on top of the tower in AC2, which made Desmond's POV change to his next ancestor Sef.)
Desmond had far more access to more memories of Ezio because his next ancestor, Flavia Auditore, wasn't born until after Ezio retired.
Ezio is not a descendant of Altaïr. Ezio is related to Desmond on his father's side and Altaïr is related to Desmond on his mom's side or vice versa
Really? Honestly I always thought Ezio was directly related to Altair!
Kellen Fedigan then how can he access Altaïr's memories
Correct. Altaïr is from Desmond's maternal bloodline. Ezio and the Kenways come from his paternal bloodline.
Assassins Creed Aztec Empire, get on it Ubisoft.
Rambunctious Binger nice idea dude
I think the only problem would be that it would be a huge stretch, seeing as the current 'origins' - most games aside from 3 take place in the mostly European* continents. By the time assassin's make their way to the Americas the Aztecs wouldn't have been really working with anyone from the brotherhood. As such it would most likely be like a mini AC and not mainline.
Aztecs (Assassins) vs. Spanish Inquisition (Templars).

A.k.a 'it's to much work.'
i get what you are saying but for me personally i play them for the past.
disney era power rangers, so does everyone else who plays these games.
Add climbing and more stealth to Watch Dogs 3 and voila, done. I'm only somewhat joking.
We need more of the modern story to continue I agree, but at least now we have a protagonist again, so there is progress for sure

By the way Al mualim is an Arabic word means the teacher 😂 its not there actual name and altair ibn la ahad means the bird son of no one.
Nice to know
Altair haves two pronounciation in arabic
- (Altayer) Means the flyer
-(Alta,er) Means the bird.
and if you want to know how i know about this, I am arabian
@@youngman4934 I'm arabian too
tayar means the flyer with (a)
I translated his name correctly
that doesn't make them muslim.. "bird son of no one" doesn't relate to islam or arabic society by anything and as we know he is an atheist (doesn't believe in the existence of gods)
@@TearDaTaco No one said it makes them muslims
There's a lot of truth actually about the ancient civilizations if you dig into it ;) Isu refers to the Atlanteans and Lemurians.
AC isn't supposed to be historically accurate. It's just fiction that takes place in well known places and eras.
You forgot the "Hassassins" who existed for 30 years i believe
Only difference is the Templars weren't evil
Not even 1 minute pass and I am already lost
AC Primal: A game where Ugg the caveman straps a rock to his arm with a vine and kills all the other cave men after the death of his partner Unda.
This is the single best and worst idea I have ever seen and I am 100% behind it 👌
Yes. Yes. And more yea
They already made Far Cry Primal so the chance of Ac primal is unlikely
lmfaoooo
Okay, I did laugh at that.
Made my day
It would be cool if Ubisoft would continue with Lydia Frye's time in WWII that was included with Syndicate. They could make a really good story out of her and the Frye family
You forgot the WW1 section in Syndicate with yet another incarnation of the Sage and Juno.
Ezio is not in the same bloodline as Altair, as they say in the video. The first connection in their family trees is Desmond.
They'd have to be in the same tree if they'd ever have a connector in Desmond
Actually he is cause he's related to Adam which is essentially altiars father
No. Desmond is in both bloodlines, yes. But Ezio and Altair dont share a bloodline. They are not relatives. If you go back to Adam and Eve you can say that every human is related to each other. But that is missing the point.
Altair and Ezio are separate lines and are ancestors of Desmond's mother. The Kenways are ancestors of Desmond's father.
@@shadows_star you have no idea how genetics work
Slight nitpick, but Rogue takes place during the 7 Years War, not the American Revolution.
Facts
Al Mualim is arabic for "the learned one/the teacher" so it is more of a title and not a name per se
The most enjoyable and lore filled
Odyssey, and Origins. Definitely amazing.
Odyssey is an amazing game but it isn't AC, it should be called "prince of sparta" or something else...

AC3 was honestly my favourite, maybe it's just the OST
Im waiting for that version too. Hopefully they go abit further and fix some of the issues it has. They better go above and beyond
@@popcornfilms1 ac3 has the best gameplay for me
It pales in comparison to the others, especially Ac4 and Odyssey
It was by far, but really by far, the most boring AC game ever. Only Black Flag was worse at that time, as it is a pirate game and not an AC game,
So to be brief... Assassin's are SHIELD and Templars are HYDRA...
This I can understand

Wish Desmond was still alive, and ac had multiple games in 1 storyline
Ac 2, brotherhood and revelations are 1 storyline. The story of Ezio.
They made that mistake of killing off a good character
I loved the modern day missions with Desmond
Origins and odyssey have similar story lines. Or at least the same person.

There are still a few compelling real historical places they could visit first, but eventually yeah, playing during the first civ era and finally getting answers would be sick.
Eventually Id like to play a time traveling Assassin helping out the previous hero characters.
I'm hoping they do 1 more 3-part DLC for Odyssey. Wouldn't necessarily be time travelling though considering Kassandra/Alexios lives for a long time, but each episode could focus on her helping a different one of the main assassins or something similar
Jer M if that were true you already have because time travel doesn’t add to time if it’s already in time
@@TangorVon Huh? Id like to see Ubisoft make an Assassins Creed time travelling assassin game.
So whats next? Caveman ac? Ancient Japan? The big bang? Are they gonna go into the future soon? Ninja ac?
Probably mesopotamie
maybe it'll be a war between ISU, no assasin's no templar just gods fighting each other
Maybe Ancient Japan or Vikings :o

I've played some of the AC (4 so far) games & really love the look of them. Played Black Flag on high, but my pc can't play Origins above medium...lol...but I still love the look of it.
My Origins game got messed up, so I decided to play Unity until I mix the issue with that HDD. So glad I finally got Unity.

Altair and Ezio is in the same bloodline, I thought the dev already confirm this.
Im pretty sure Altair, Auditore and Kenways ARE same bloodline. After all how would Desmond be able to follow their exploits via Animus (version he was using was using user's DNA). Also Desmond's DNA is used by Abstergo to browse Edward's story.
