Very nice. And Lol its nice to start out fully Agile (not having to un-learn waterfall) - because when I started my new career as a BA I was very confused when the IT staffing company told me that BAs are usually involved only at the project start, and that they then leave to let the team go and implement later. It was counter to everything I had experienced as an SME contributing business requirements to IT development teams before I made my career jump. I simply didnt understand why they said BAs usually only participate in the first third of the timeline, and didn't need to, as when I began my work with my client we worked in the Agile way.

Best video on agile . Thank you. Is there any way of getting the excel workbook that you showed. The url at the end of the video doesn't seem to be live. Thanks in advance.

question, so unless you are delivering to customer all BV = 0 ? What happen with the work that must be done before even it will be plausible to be delivered? How do you qualify the NFR? Because for sure you must count with it..

What is the role of project manager in agile/scrum projects? In every company I see project manager sitting next to product owner and project manager tells product owner what he needs to be delivered in this sprint or corrections based on requirements changes. But in all Agile workshop which I have seen they don't even mention project manager role in Agile.

I am taking classes to become QA tester, I am more interested in becoming Scrum Master. Do I have to start working as a tester, or I can start directly as SM? Knowing that I have about 20 years experience in Audit and Quality Management. Thanks

Testing has not much to do with Scrum Mastering, right? Why would you need testing experience?
