ikr, when i originally watched people working out on yt, they always looked to perfect and when i went to the gym my face was red and my hair flew in all directions, i thought something was very wrong lol 😅
this is why you're one of my favourite youtubers, you keep everything so real and it's so inspirational. as someone struggling with anorexia at the moment, this video is all i needed!! weight does fluctuate because so many factors go into the number on the scale; water retention, clothing, bowel movement, and soo much more that we generally don't take into account because the number on the scales being higher is seen as a negative. it's so amazing to see you normalising that - keep doing what you're doing because it's helping and inspiring so many people
I was a slave to the scale too, and made me cut calories.... it did more bad things than actually good things to my body. Untill I really had enough of it, upped my calories on workout days to 2500 and 1600+ on restdays. I only step once or twice a week on the scale now and life is perfect again! I even embrace my bloating in the evening :) Happy that I bumped into your channel today because I adore it
Yesterday I stepped on the gym three times in a row (within a minute) and got 77.7kg (normal stance), then 75.7kg (standing on my heels), and then 78.7kg (standing on balls of feet). Obviously, I didn't gain 3kg in the 20 seconds I stepped off the scale. Just goes to show how many different factors go into the scales and that you shouldn't worry too much. :)
Hey everyone! I really hope this video can help if any of you feel frustrated by the scales like I used to. It would be so convenient if it was, but bodyweight isn't linked to body fat if you're exercising, and I wish I had known years ago! Lots of love as always! xx
Hey Natacha! I want to first say how thankful I am for your very inspiring and motivational videos. Your kindness and helpfulness really stand out and I think you have such a wonderful disposition! If i may ask.... when you started to gain muscle at the beginning of your journey, did you get stretch marks? Do you have tips how I can avoid getting stretch marks even if I want to gain muscle? Continue your great work! Thank you again for inspiring me and for another great video! Greetings from the United States.
You have enlightened my day! I was always focused on my weight and obsessed by loosing pounds (I'm 128 lbs) and thought I was too heavy :/ But actually I'm not I just have to work more to change my body composition to get leaner and loose fat not absolutely pounds
Natacha Océane Hey Natacha! I want to first say how thankful I am for your very inspiring and motivational videos. I love this video, but I want to point out that for people with body dismorphia or eating disorder behaviour, basing your progress on measurements or looking in the mirror can be JUST AS, IF NOT MORE damaging for your mental health than the scales. I'm a sufferer of both body dismorohia and ed myself, and I can say any small amount of water retention, menstrual bloating, swelling, your posture etc can change the measurements of your waist and other places, plus you will definitely look different in the mirror. A common habit of people with edb is 'body checking', where you check your size in the mirror or measure your waist or whatever several times a day. It will always fluctuate. No matter what. I recommend trying to space out your progress checks as far apart as possible, several weeks or at the most frequently, one week apart. Everyone stresses how the scales are misleading throughout the day and can be inaccurate based on water retention, food intake etc. This is EXACTLY the same case with other methods of measuring progress. So please be aware of this too! Your body is a beautiful vessel of life, try to treat is well as you do your best friend :)
wow what a good point. I have recently tried to give up the scales and was feeling good about myself, but looked at myself sideways on in the mirror today and was surprised (in a bad way) about how I looked and felt discouraged. but I didn't think about bloating or otherwise and I am such a bloaty person even a glass of cold water gets me ballooning... thanks for the reminder ^^
Woow... 🙀 I had never heard about those terms.... and that makes a lot of sense. I just realized how obsessed I am with my body image after reading your explanation. I measure my weight, muscle mass, fat mass, then take measurements from my waist, stomach, hips, thighs, calves and I look in the mirror more than dozen times a day, even when washing my face and showering, I also look in the mirror after/before wearing clothes, when going out, after eating. Moreover, I always look down at my trousers to see if there are any muffin tops appearing..... I just never noticed my behavior until you pointed it out..... This is really messed up and unhealthy for my psyche. I'll be more aware of it from now on. Thank you.
I literally always return to this video as a reminder when I start to get stressed by the scales that I don't need them, and I should focus on my energy and feeling stronger rather than numbers that are out of my control. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much you help people
This video totally made my day. I have recovered from an eating disorder years ago, but lately I've had some really negative thoughts in my mind, and weighing myself hasn't helped at all. So thank you for giving me this highly important reminder.
+Jasmin Kuusisto hey sweetie! You've made my day being so kind! It's so natural for brief moments of flashback, if you think about how strong those feelings used to be. Keep going strong, don't doubt yourself and I hope you are smiling for all the progress you've made! 😘😘💪 xxx
this is something that I struggle with, trying not to weigh myself. Seeing that I gained 5 pounds after two weeks of eating 1800 calories and a weight lifting, I had a minor freak out! but then I reminded myself that I have just increased my calorie intake by 1000 (yes I was only eating 800 calories, basically dying.) and also added weight lifting to my day to day! now I am just getting around to be consistent with eating whole foods, unprocessed foods (high glycemic, so yeah, just for a while until it is under control) and working hard at the gym! I believe everything is going to be alright lol. Thank you for being so transparent and choosing to share your story, information, and life with us! you are truly an inspiration and role model.
Hello lovely! I agree with everything you said! I threw out my scale years ago and go by the way my clothes fit. Scales are evil!! I feel better at 145 lbs than I did at 130. I am stronger, way healthier, more lean muscle and I am killing it for a 48 year old!! Always love seeing you. As always, hugs from Phoenix:)
Everyone should see this video! I hear so many people say things like " I'm so disappointed in myself- I lost two lbs last week but I gained it back!" I always tell them that I can fluctuate 3-6 lbs within in ONE day! Trying to micromanage your weight or attach your self worth to a certain number is a total waste of time and emotional energy! You set an awesome example for people! 💜
You have it in you, just maybe don´t know about that yet! I started training for real before I discovered this channel however thanks to Natacha I felt inspired to film my own thoughts and journey in general! If you only really really want to, you can get as strong! It´s a matter of priorities, or better say- as long as you enjoy it, strength comes as a side effect! 😋
The amount of love and respect I have for you is sky high Natacha! I've been through the same cycles of guilt and worry regarding weight and hearing your story, as someone who understands that pain and who has trained out of that toxic mindset, is so exceptionally inspiring! I feel emotional ah, thank you! x
I´ve always wanted it and started training more consistent, I realized that... seriously small things matter. I am quite proud of my belly right now however I started not because of the aesthetic reasons, maybe that´s the key. Our body perception might discourage us pretty easily! I will be rooting for you, you can have these 11 ab line even! 🙊😋
Thank you so much Natasha, this is such a powerful video! It really cemented how the 4kg I've gained in 3 months despite a whole food plant based diet and weight training would be muscle! My clothes also still fit well, and are even a little bit loose! Thank you again, all women should watch this video!
You are such a genuine youtuber, and such a positive role model for people looking to alter their bodies/lifestyle in a positive, healthy way! So so glad I stumbled across your channel!
YES GIRL! I wish this type of video was around like a year ago when I needed it most, fortunately I have educated myself enough to know this but most of the girls and boys out there think negatively about the scale and this video is exactly what they need to see!!!! xxx
Recovering from an ED and having a therapist who puts a lot of pressure onto me for the numbers on the scale - this video really helped me! Sadly a lot of people think that those numbers are accurate and tell you something about how healthy or not you are. A doctor friend of mine told me, that weight can shift so much throughout the day and throughout the week and there are a lot of factors going into it, that determines our weight. I really enjoy watching your videos and your mindset is great, especially for people who are recovering from an ED. Thank you!
it's normal. your weight fluctuates on avg 7 lb (3kg) due to menstruation. honestly weighing yourself as a woman is pointless. body fat is a better tool, but the scales are not very accurate...
@@avorotcivanin My days I wondered how I got so 'predictable' (I weigh myself every day, similar pose, same location, same time with a bluetooth scale without looking at it since I'm an absolute sucker for data and graphs.) No periods due to my 'new' (6 months+) contraceptive. Even more reason to not miss my periods one bit. I just spike after work-outs days, hence I rather look back, last thing I need is my mind messing with me on a resting day where hunger is already low. I should just let the scale go, but I know I'll regret it, just like I regret not taking proper before/after pictures and I still freaking don't. Data. :'(
I really really needed this. I’ve been weighing myself so much and getting down on myself if I gain a pound! I’m tired of feeling like a failure. Then I don’t eat enough and I can’t workout as hard. This convinced me to stop. Thanks for another great video 🙌🏾
This video made my morning. I've been training for 3 months now and I've gotten noticeably stronger, and I've cleaned up my eating habits, as well as drinking more than a gallon of water a day. So when the scale started going up, even when putting myself in a calorie deficit I felt discouraged. Like what m I doing wrong? Should I be more strict? But than I saw this video and I was like no I'm making progress even if the scale doesn't say so. Bc I've gone now in dress size, but I weigh more than before I started training.
This video was so informative and insanely helpful to me Natacha! I was so freaked out when I noticed I started gaining weight after I had been working out for a while, but knowing this is nothing to worry about as it is just me getting stronger and putting on muscle really put my mind at ease! I love how you make all of these daily struggles that people, especially women, go through so relatable, and that we can attack these challenges with confidence if we keep working hard!
you're really the most genuine girl I've come across on TH-cam and that's what I like about you love your channel. you should have more followers xxxx ❤❤❤
once again amazing content! my familys scale is broken so I haven't weight myself for 2 weeks! I feel so much better, because i used to weight myself several times a day but now I've decided to not to get a new scale for awhile and just live healthily to actually see the changes in my body :) thank you for this video xx
Ok so what shook me is THIS: She "gains" 4+ pounds in one day. This wouldn't phase me too much. I would just think "Well, this morning i weighed blah blah, so even though it's changing over the course of the day, it's fine.' But then the next morning she weighs A POUND MORE THAN SHE ORIGINALLY DID THE PREVIOUS MORNING. When that happens to me, I get so stressed. I immediately panic and start to think "I gained a pound. What did I eat yesterday? I clearly did something wrong." But she's just all casual about it. Thank you Natacha. THANK YOU for showing us that if you're doing it right- eating healthy and a good amount, exercising, living your best lifestyle- our physiques will fall into place and we should not limit ourselves panicking over a number!
I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning after a month of weddings and holidays! Slightly gutted to have put on 4 pounds but I've tried not to let it ruin my day x
Sometimes its good to just weigh yourself after a change in you're eating habits : ) It will show you that its not fat but water as you will loose it in a couple of days ! I "gained" 10 pounds after a weekend (3 days) away an decided to weigh myself every single day to see how my water weight dropped and i took notes and ate as usual and After 4 days it all went away day after day. I did this because I always broke down when I saw the scale and started fasting afterwards. But now that I know my body better and how much I can expect to gain and when to lose I feel so much better. And I don't fast I just go back eating normal : ) Wanted to tell you this so you won't feel bad ! I gained 10 pounds in 3 days lol you're not alone its very normal.
weighing myself has felt like a constant battle with the scales and even when things are getting "better" I dont feel good or happy or even healthy. thank you so much for all of your videos ❤❤
I just began working out again about 3 mos ago, and I try not to weigh myself but once or twice a month, and when I do I try not to freak out if I haven't lost as much as I thought I should because I am adding muscle, bloating, water retention...you're right Natacha it can be deceiving! I love your realistic and honest approach, it is such a support 💖
Thank you for putting up this video.I lost 15kg in two months and I was and I am still eager to lose 10kg more .Gaining 2kg at the end of the day sometimes frightened me so much I started o doubt how I train and how I eat. This video helped me a lot.I now realized I am a slave to the scale and it is normal to put on weight during the day.I should not let it affect how I live .Training makes me feel happier and stronger and that is what matters.I will educate myself more on how to train and how to eat healthier instead of letting the scale become the ultimate judge of it all.
Thank you! Your videos are the only things that stop me from going back to restrictive diets cuz the anxiety over weight gain could just kick in so hard sometimes
I can so relate to this. It took up so much room in my mind that I couldn't think of anything else than calories, weight, body image. Now that i have a healthy relationship to food and body I feel so free! Thanks for the video
laura docx good luck I wish the best for you ❤️ I was the opposite of you. I was to fat so I lost a lot of weight and now I'm gaining muscle to get stronger. (Sorry if my English is not the best cause I am dutch 🇳🇱)
You've got such a bright personality and with this type of videos (such as the daily bloating one) you say what I already think is true, but what I cannot believe when I'm having a day with bad attitude towards myself. I appreciate that you show how normal this "weight gain" is and that you're so real:) Love you💗
This is so true though! i stopped weighing myself for more than a month and continued to push myself by exercising 5 days a week and eating healthy af when suddenly i had the urge to weigh myself and guess what? the scales say i didn’t lose any weight! it definitely gutted me even though all my clothes are so loose and everybody told me i lost so much weight. since then i never looked at a scale again since it really does not determine anything! it’s just a stupid number so continue pushing guys and throw out that scale!
I love how strong u are physically and mentally. U look happy and you do exercise everywhere you go, u show me different ways of get moving. You are just naturally beautiful, thank you so much for making videos for all yr subscripers. You definitely deserve more subscripers than u are now! Keep going! love from hong kong, christy
Natacha is such a healthy influence. Ate a lot of ice cream after dinner and felt bad since I missed my training session but seeing her go with the cookie dough & other science facts encourages me to keep a neutral mindset about food as fuel that my body obviously needed and get the rest that my muscles were trying to tell me they wanted after going hard the day before
I really want to say thank you, Natacha. I've been a slave of scale and calories for so long now... You've changed my thinking a little bit, especially after you said with a big smile that you stopped using scale and you know you've put on weight and this smile was saying "I don't care how much I weight!". It's such an inspiration to me, I litreally count every bite I take and weight myself everyday. I got to the point when I feel guilty when I reach 1300 calories a day even though I'm a tiny woman (45 kg 22 yo uh) and I work physically. I'm going on my holiday soon and I was so worried about food and snacks that I will not be able to enjoy meal times with my family... I literally felt fear while thinking of putting on weight. Thank you for what you said. I really appreciate that you made this video.
Seeing how hard you work in the gym really inspires me. Literally, every video you're killing it. Of course we all have down days or lighter days, but truly you have inspired me to get up at the bottom of my squats 😂😊
I watch this video anytime I step on the scale and have negative feelings around the number. Best inspirational quote "Putting on weight is a good thing! Because it means you're building muscle, getting stronger, performing better...and feeling better with yourself." ♥️
Such a good video, so many people struggle with checking their weight and worrying about small amount of weight put on! It really should be about how you feel each day and not the numbers on the scale!
I needed this video! Started more intense weights, hiit etc and have worked out harder then ever before since April. I have since gained 4 lbs which for someone's whose weight is always the same was very mentally and emotionally hard to deal with. One side of you wants to give up, the other tells you to keep going because I'm more toned. I try not to weigh myself but it happens at doctors appointments and I hate it. I want to get to where it doesn't bother me but still be aware of my weight. I'm getting there!
you are the only fitness person I really trust with my health. I feel like nowadays everyone just wants to change how you look but they forget about the need to have a healthy body and mind or to actually be good at sports. thank you natacha :)
I have been binging on all your videos since yesterday because I weighed myself after a long month of heavy strength training and the number on the scale made me feel so terrible! It’s crazy because I know internally that the number doesn’t mean anything and I certainly feel leaner, stronger, just better overall but it just had so much power over me! This video was exactly what I needed, thank you for doing what you do Natasha ❤️❤️
I so needed to see this!!! I’m 134lbs right now and just so depressed I’ve been eating well and staring to workout again after having to rest. I really wanna break away from the scale so bad. Cause likely you said. I weight myself morning and night and morning etc. it drives me crazy! I really wanna start just building muscle and lean out. So I’m trying to get into weight lifting.
Thankyou for this! Really helps put it in perspective. I know the factually muscle weighs more than fat and people tell you that all the time when you get hung up about weighing yourself however seeing the point made visually was really helpful. Awesome stuff girl ❤️
You're my hero! So strong on the inside and out. Like one of my favorite saying: As Within So Without! You HAVE to work on both your mind and your body to get results with either! Thanks for another amazing video!
I NEEDED to see this!! I've been really hard on my self lately because I've been training so much and I haven't been hitting my target weight goal. I've been consistent with gym sessions but so depressed because although I see a bit more definition on my body, my weight just fluctuates. Its been driving me mad! This video honestly made me feel so much better :D thank you Natacha! you are amazinggg!!
I love these videos because they are really smart, and very helpful. I actually starting weightlifting to gain weight, and I'm slowly increasing my food and caloric intake to make some gains (I don't want to increase too fast, because I want my stomach to handle how much more food I'm eating) , now I'm actually scared to lose weight because all my hard word will be gone hehe :D
+GroovyThemes that's amazing! It sounds like you have a really good plan in place and you're ready to go and make yourself proud and feel really strong! 💪💪 I'm so excited for you! 😘😘 xxx
This inspired me so much, I have gained 9.07 kg (20 lbs) since college and lost my muscles from track.I am running again, but the scale is deceiving! It will say I am not losing weight, I think I understand why now. thank you Natacha I think I will ditch the scale and continue to run without overthinking weight.
I learn so much about fitness through your videos! I really feel like you explain things in a smart and logical way that helps shift mental frameworks that people may have about what it means to live a healthy lifestyle. I gained about 20 pounds last year due to side effects of a medication I was on and am now trying to go back to my normal weight. I have definitely been focusing on the scale quite a lot recently, but am now more motivated to focus on looking and feeling leaner and stronger overall. Your videos have really been helping me keep motivated to live a more healthy and active lifestyle. Thank you! :)
Hey Natacha I just wanted to say thank you for uploading these videos. I've discovered your channel not to long ago, but just in time for my weight loss/lifestyle change journey and I truly feel like you have helped me to stay motivated, try new recipes and new workout exercises. But my favorite thing about your videos is you. You genuinely seem to be this sweet girl that's really aiming to help and teacher others what it means to have a good relationship with their body. Thank you again for all the effort you put into making great content for us to enjoy and to learn from. You are the right type of goals girl💪💪💪
I love this video, thank you!! I've always been told that muscle weighs more than fat but it's so good to see this in action- how you've transformed yourself to have gained muscle weight but also a leaner and toned physique! Xx I think this is such an important message for everyone ♥️
You are amazing! I used to be so hung up on the scales I would do cardio for 2 hours a day 6 days a week and was only eating 1200 calories I lost a lot of weight but I also lost a lot of muscle.. so for the past month I've been doing no cardio and started strength training and bin eating a lot more and feel so much better!
I feel like I am exactly like the younger version of you now, all your videos when you speak about the past you and how you were is what I am now, just happy to know it all changes when you realise how to live a healthy lifestyle !! You're amazing 💗💗💖
I had an appointment with my trainer today for a checkup (don't know how to say this exactly ...?), haven't weighed myself since last time I saw him. In 17 days, I gained almost 2 kgs and had amazing results (physically, mentally and at the gym (weights, performance...). Thanks for making me feel better! Thanks for all the help! Will always be thankful! xx
this is such a helpful and widely needed video! so awesome that you are using your channel to promote such a positive mindset when it comes to health and body image. keep doing what you do, its amazing! xx
You are the best. I've always said it but I'll say it again. You are so well informed with all the information you provide. You either draw it from personal experiences or you research it fully. I wish you could upload everyday 💕💕
You're my role model 😊 I'm recovering from bulimia and you inspire me so much to get as strong and content as you! You're such an amazing person! Thank you so much ❤
There was a time I was obsessed with weighing myself but in time I learned that this is just a number and I stopped it. I just care about how I look in the mirror and how I like what I see. I have to say: you're a huge inspiration for me. Love your videos and I admire for strength and confidence. Keep going :)
Natacha you are back again ... I don't know what to say... But this morning I have been watching all your videos... I don't know how to mention it but I really love you so much.. And wish to you all the good things... If I was at the same country that you are living at I would love so much to be your best friend... You always inspire me and make me back in track... I don't know if I mentioned this before but you are the mean reason that makes me increase my calories and lift heavy weight... Lot's of love natacha keep going you are the best youtuber ever 😊😊😊😊😊😍😍😍❤❤
THANK YOU! i wish i had seen tis years ago because slowly i think i have been subconsciously realising this is true but not sure if i should trust myself. thank you so much natacha, honestly! xxxxx
From you tips, this past week i've really felt im getting back eating 'normally' I felt free. Your content relates to me exactly, please never stop yoytube!! x
hey natacha 😍 sorry for the long comment but i'm here to thank you that your advice has worked❤ 😘💃 weeks ago i asked you that i'm not gaining any strength in chest muscles, you told me to go lighter in exercises and focus on mind-muscle connection so arm muscles don't take all the load. i traveled since when and had to workout with bands only, when i did chest exercises i really focused, now i can really feel the difference, and actually became better at pushups! even breast shape has slightly been better, to me at least 😅 Many many thanks ❤❤
Hey Nora!! This is so great to hear and really really happy that you can feel your chest muscles and that you can feel the difference!! Keep working hard! Lots of love xxx
Thaank you so so so much for this. I'm in a weird space; I hit my 'goal weight' in November - three weeks later, I'm up 6 lbs. Now, it's been the holidays so I know why I'm heavier but my training has been consistent despite the food; I also started lifting heavier to grow muscle so I know it is a culmination of factors but that scale number messes with my head so much. I REAAALLY needed to see this video!
Im really glad that I saw this video. I have anorexia stemming from OCD, so my compulsion bit is weighing myself constantly- I’m talking 5 times a day minimum most days, and then I base my eating around that number. It’s gotten to where I will essentially know how much I weigh by how I feel, and I know both logically and from my own constant measurements that weight fluctuates throughout the day, but I just... can’t stop! It makes me sooo anxious if I don’t- I feel like I dunno, I’ll secretly gain 50 lbs because I don’t weigh myself. It was nice to see this fluctuation in someone so fit and slim. Hopefully this will help me Calm Down about it all lol.
Thank you so much! You helped me a lot with this video. I was struggling with my weight for a month now, because I started workingout around March and before that I didnt excercise at all. Mainly around winter (October to February). Around that time I weighted 58 kg (I am 160 cm tall) and now I weight 61 kg. I really panicked and didnt know what was wrong, because I got fitter, excercised regularly and was eating healthier than before. Thanks to this video I understood my body more.
You have helped me so much, I'm more adventurous with my workouts now after watching your videos, my mindset is finally slowly starting to change for the better. Thank you 💕
Love this video. This is something I'm now working on myself and watching things like this is really helping me understand and feel a lot more free with foods in my life... THANK YOU
THANK YOU for this video! I've been weighing myself as long as I remember almost every day, at one point in my life multiple times a day and if I skipped a day of weighing I felt that I don't have any control and that I will put on weight. That's one of the reasons, I think, that my weight (fat) loss jurneys were not succesfull. Thank you again for all your videos... they are realy inspirational and motivating!
You're a true inspiration and I love that you're super dedicated to help people, who are trying change their lifestyle, understand their body and be ok with healthy changes. I know I say this a lot but your videos have truly helped me with my body disorder and I'm so glad that found someone like you! Much love! 😘🤗🗽
This is so kind of you thank you (: I'm so glad that my videos have helped with your body disorder (: it's why I make videos!! Lots of love as always xx
I was trying to lose a lot of fat a couple months back and incorporated exercise but was surprised by how I wasn't losing as much weight as I thought I should've. This video cleared up a lot for me so thank you soso much!
Wow, your video's are so informative and inspiring! Everyone can relate to you! Thanks all the way from Holland for your positive posts and vibes! You are an amazing soul! I will keep following your updates!
I think I'm ready to build muscle. You have really been my inspiration. I have had anorexia in the past for almost 1 year and lost almost 60 pounds. I used to be very over weight and weighed almost as much as my mother and she was overweight. I ended up being very bony ad a bit underweight. I still have problems with food and exercise but it's getting way better. My mindset has gotten better and I ended up having some weight which is good since I don't look bony anymore and I look good and healthy. Have a great day whoever read this!
From an anorexic person who’s recovering, thank you so, so much. Thank you. This has helped me so much and you’re amazing. Wow.
+Breanne D. Hey sweetie! You’re so welcome, it is so amazing to hear that it’s helpful. Lots of love! Xx
Unfortunately most of the weight we have to gain as anorexics will come back as fat, not muscle. That’s something I’m really struggling with.

Ik im a year late but her videos have helped me so much, actually more than going to a nutritionist or what ever my therapist signed me up for lmao
I was a slave to the scale too, and made me cut calories.... it did more bad things than actually good things to my body. How many calories do you eat per day?
I was always focused on my weight and obsessed by loosing pounds (I'm 128 lbs) and thought I was too heavy :/ But actually I'm not I just have to work more to change my body composition to get leaner and loose fat not absolutely pounds
you are bulking or cutting now?

Hi Natacha! What is your height? :)
Your arms in this video is what I aspire to get mine like!!! So proud of you for always giving out real information and being real with us x
+Kelsey thanks Kelsey, you're always so kind and it's always nice spotting your comment 🤗😘🙈 xxx
Natacha Océane aw bless you lovely, makes me happy to know you see and notice it!!xxx
😘😘💪 xxx

Great advice for people who are insecure or struggling with their weight, you're amazing!
Thank you Laura!! Lots of love and glad you like the advice (: xxx
this is something that I struggle with, trying not to weigh myself.
Truth, it get's me frustrated when i ate 800 calorie a day and do cadio everyday but when i stepped up in scale still no changes. Hahaha!
Omg! How do I get as strong as you?! You’re amazing! I wouldn’t even know where to start
@@JustynaInMotion Do you know how long it take though? How many years does it take to get as strong as her?
The amount of love and respect I have for you is sky high Natacha! I've been through the same cycles of guilt and worry regarding weight and hearing your story, as someone who understands that pain and who has trained out of that toxic mindset, is so exceptionally inspiring! I feel emotional ah, thank you! x
Thank you Melis I really appreciate that! It's always nice to hear you're not alone so thank you and glad you found it inspiring (: Lots of love xx
the line in the middle of your belly is goals!
Ikr
My favourite youtuber by a mile! So genuinely happy, positive , strong & beautiful! Incredible role model for young women! Much love xxx
+Rachel Blair that's really kind of you to say, it puts a big smile on my face to know these videos are helpful! Lots of love! 😘😘 xxx
Thank you!
My weight fluctuates like 2kgs from day to day it's crazy 😂
Same!
it's normal. your weight fluctuates on avg 7 lb (3kg) due to menstruation. honestly weighing yourself as a woman is pointless. body fat is a better tool, but the scales are not very accurate...
zi gi how do you know how much is fat?
Data. :'(
your level of fitness is seriously goals :) really inspiring and a good example, you go girl! love your videos
this is such an important topic natacha - you focus on the really important topics in all your videos and i cant express enough how amazing ou are!! x
How long did it take you to be able to hang like that and do those ab exercises? That seems like such an impossible task!
you're really the most genuine girl I've come across on TH-cam and that's what I like about you love your channel. you should have more followers xxxx ❤❤❤
once again amazing content! my familys scale is broken so I haven't weight myself for 2 weeks! I feel so much better, because i used to weight myself several times a day but now I've decided to not to get a new scale for awhile and just live healthily to actually see the changes in my body :) thank you for this video xx
Ok so what shook me is THIS:
She "gains" 4+ pounds in one day.
Hey lovely, don't worry about it, I put on 4 pounds throughout the day! And those memories will last forever, the weight is only temporary xx
And I don't fast I just go back eating normal : )
Wanted to tell you this so you won't feel bad !
I love that you said muscle weighs more than fat PER VOLUME. It shows that you’re well educated on the topic. Thank you, Natacha! I truly admire you!
Thanks for the video
you're my new rol model now ;) i want to be as strong as you are :) , but i'm still recovering from anorexia and it's sooo hard :(
laura docx same, but we can do this! :))
laura docx good luck I wish the best for you ❤️ I was the opposite of you. I was to fat so I lost a lot of weight and now I'm gaining muscle to get stronger. (Sorry if my English is not the best cause I am dutch 🇳🇱)
Soraya _x omg dankuuuu ( btw ik spreek ook nederlands 😊)
laura docx yes dutchiesss
mellemarguerite1995 thank you soo much this means a lot to me 😊and i promise that i will keep fighting untill the battle is over 😊
You've got such a bright personality and with this type of videos (such as the daily bloating one) you say what I already think is true, but what I cannot believe when I'm having a day with bad attitude towards myself.
Dear Natacha,
you're are honestly the realest and most relatable TH-cam whatsoever!!
+kerrylyme thank you, and I'm glad really glad we agree 😊 xx
Your videos lately have been on another level Natacha, honestly I am convinced there are no other fitness youtubers this honest ❤️❤️
You're my hero! So strong on the inside and out. Like one of my favorite saying: As Within So Without! You HAVE to work on both your mind and your body to get results with either! Thanks for another amazing video!
you're literally my role model, i love youuuuu
I NEEDED to see this!! I've been really hard on my self lately because I've been training so much and I haven't been hitting my target weight goal. I've been consistent with gym sessions but so depressed because although I see a bit more definition on my body, my weight just fluctuates. Its been driving me mad! This video honestly made me feel so much better :D thank you Natacha! you are amazinggg!!
You're my favourite youtuber at the moment!
😘😘 xxx
Natacha Océane thank you so much, your videos actually helped me a lot! ❤️😊
04:17 Guuurl that mascara (or whatever you put on) looks so bomb on you. Also that playsuit at the beginning!
Next video can you do a "how to get started" nutrition and training please? love you 💖💖
You're my role model 😊 I'm recovering from bulimia and you inspire me so much to get as strong and content as you!
Your content relates to me exactly, please never stop yoytube!! x
Thank you Hannah that means a lot!! And I'm so so happy that you feel freer (: Keep up the good work (: xxx
Love this video! One day I weighed myself and I fluctuated 5 lbs in one day. And on a cheat day I fluctuated 9 lbs😬
hey natacha 😍
sorry for the long comment but i'm here to thank you that your advice has worked❤ 😘💃
weeks ago i asked you that i'm not gaining any strength in chest muscles, you told me to go lighter in exercises and focus on mind-muscle connection so arm muscles don't take all the load.
i traveled since when and had to workout with bands only, when i did chest exercises i really focused, now i can really feel the difference, and actually became better at pushups! even breast shape has slightly been better, to me at least 😅
Many many thanks ❤❤
Hey Nora!! This is so great to hear and really really happy that you can feel your chest muscles and that you can feel the difference!! Keep working hard! Lots of love xxx
Thank you so much Natacha! Helps me recovering in an ED a lot!!
Such an inspiring person, easily my favourite person to watch, you just radiate positive vibes
Your workouts look so fun and intense! That's what working out is supposed to be like. Something you enjoy doing. Great video!
You are amazing! There needs to be more fitness youtubers like you that are just real.
You have helped me so much, I'm more adventurous with my workouts now after watching your videos, my mindset is finally slowly starting to change for the better. Thank you 💕
You're truly and inspiration Natacha ! You're videos never fail to make me smile. (;
Love this video. This is something I'm now working on myself and watching things like this is really helping me understand and feel a lot more free with foods in my life... THANK YOU
You are the most lovely, honest, real and relatable person I've ever come across. Keep up the good work❤😊
THANK YOU for this video!
This really put a perspective on things. Thank you for always being so open and so honest :)
You have no idea how important this video was so THANK YOU girl!
+Mariana Castro ahh thank you Mariana I'm so glad you found it helpful (: xxx
You're welcome Amira! Probably meant you were doing the right thing, I'm glad it cleared it up! Lots of love xxx
you are adorable! Love your videos, THANK YOU for being soo authentic, YOU ROCK!!
I actually lost the weight when I stopped weighing myself. I went with the visual rather than the scale. I'm now about 80 pounds down.
Your videos keep me soooo motivated and hold on to positieve thoughts

I think I'm ready to build muscle. You have really been my inspiration. I have had anorexia in the past for almost 1 year and lost almost 60 pounds. I used to be very over weight and weighed almost as much as my mother and she was overweight. I ended up being very bony ad a bit underweight. I still have problems with food and exercise but it's getting way better. My mindset has gotten better and I ended up having some weight which is good since I don't look bony anymore and I look good and healthy. Have a great day whoever read this!
