Also I noticed that at the point of contact with the ball it looks like he is purposely looking at the ball with his left eye behind the line of the ball.

I prefer the swing that he stoped at the top. That was the time he played very well.
Looks the same as his swing from his back to backs at waste management..
From his weak grip to his ball position with the driver at P1, you would never guess the results.
