I did not know any thing about Crossfit and then I saw "The Redeemed and the Dominant - 2017" on Netflix. I am now impresed with what you all can do. You are all huge inspiration. I run a marathon, play tennis and soccer my whole life but this is other level. Tia you are amazing athlete.

Awesome! I appreciate the swim drills shown here.. I' m curious to know on next vid which ones are selected and from who, as swim trainer, you 're inspired to train specifically crossfit top athlete. Maybe Shane is swim expert too.. Damn, t, what a gem trainer!

I have been registered for 3 months in a crossfit room in Tahiti in French Polynesia and I like DEADLIFT too well and everything else. With confinement, I do burbees and pumps and I carry weights of 4kg of each and I run 400mX4 1600m in my residence.
AeroPress is probably the best travel coffee available, better than 95% of other home systems. You best stock up on groceries and TP in CT we’ve been experiencing empty shelves for 3 weeks. I stopped going to my box 3 weeks ago.
About the coffee: you should try out the nespresso vertuo system. I had the excat same machine as you have and was not happy too. the vertuos are sooo much better and also handy so you can bring it to the games! I wish you all the best!
