Great Review, the Diesel Currvv will be the best seller. With Ev, Turbo petrol dct, Diesel with Torque converter and surely a CNg down the line , tata has a blockbuster of a product for Indian consumers.
Your reviews are always point on and pleasent. I guess major selling point for the Curvv will be its looks and ruggedness and ofcourse the safety compaired to creta and seltos.wish it had more cabin space.
@@RajPal-hg6hy I guess it won't be so much night and day difference between it's rivals considering back space but still I think its huge missed opportunity from Tata. Hope to see nice powerful and improved diesel engine in Curvv.
The space (or lack thereof) is not good. For comparison, I am 192cm. My brother the same. We can just about squeeze behind each other in a Creta. There's not a tonne of space, the knees touch the back of the seat, but it is very doable. We also have a 4th Gen City, and obviously that doesn't have enough headroom for us at the back, but slouching a bit to get comfortable upstairs, I still have kneeroom to spare behind my own driving position.
Bhai it Partically a 2 SEATER with Good Space for Children below 15 .. Honestly Designed by Martin and all European Team of London Studio ( Check his interviews )
I'm own 1st gen Nexon and imo the cabin space of old Nexon feels much more compared to the new one. Even the space is comparable to seltos. I guess the lack of space is due to focus on boot space and increased seat thickness. I guess 300 litres boot or even 250 is enough for your family luggage but should give enough cabin space.

Not being tata fanboy, jus to raise a question. Everyone talking about space rather than seeing the daring change Tata decided to make in market.. why all the comparison is based on Male comfort. Where as Average Indian male height is 5.8, the average indian female height is 5.1. and the reviews are coming in such a way that female are not at all sit or ride in a car. Secondly when Nano was launched people ignored it saying cheap and feature less, now when there are tech feat and cost people complain. I mean practicality comes from majority perspective not only how tall or comfortable a male is... This is jus my view of how to define comfort of a car.
Excellent Review....but are forgetting one thing....Tata's never wanted Curvv to be competing with Harrier and hence on the inside it still still feels like a Nexon.
A proper crossover version could have looked/practically better. Rear seat space don't seems practical. 👍 for interior and features. Exterior Design of Basalt looks well proportionate.
