      PS. It helps to get ChatGPT to ask you questions and to speak to it via the app for revision. Often telling stuff to someone else helps you remember it.

    I have a huge, high protein, high calorie breakfast everyday and skip lunch. I don't usually get hungry again for 8 hours. And then I have another high protein high calorie dinner. Even though I'm eating heavy proteins, I feel full longer, reduce snacking, and have lots of energy all day.

    I often checkout videos from ADHD members, at first they are great but I soon get bored or irritated with them. For some unknown reason this doesn't happen with you. Your vids are so interesting and I have been watching for ages. I have known I am ADHD for the last 2.5 years and was at the grand age of 65 officially diagnosed a fortnight ago. Thanks for your support👍
