I literally just went to North Shore TWICE!!! 01.08.23 & 01.09.23; I must say Sean definitely does his homework. On 01.08.23 I took my family to The Old Sugar Mill. I met Bob I mentioned that I came here because of Sean and his face lit up. Bob said in his exact words "Sean brought me a lot of business I really want to thank him." I also bought the Passion Jam Volcano and OMG Sean was not lying it is really good. It was so good that I gave some to my aunt and she went and bought one herself. I also bought two local gifts from Bob's gift shop. On 01.09.23 I took my daughter to Matsumoto Shave Ice and she fell in love with it. We then went to the North Shore Soap Factory and my entire family was impressed with it. My daughter loved stamping her soap. I also supported local and bought two Hawaiian Soaps and their bath salts. Thank you again Sean for posting content DO NOT STOP !!!

Hey Sean! That was one awesome video braddah! Myself, my wife Mary and our 3 kids lived in Wahiawa back in the mid 1970's. We lived there for around 10 to 15 years. Your video brought back some awesome memories, man. I wouldn't know where to start on commenting on all the places you mentioned because we pretty much have been to all of them. Thanks again for all the videos you made. My wife and I have pretty much watched all of them. Oh yeah! As for the best shaved ice, for us, when we would go to the North Shore we always would stop at Matsumoto's for our shaved ice. As long as it had Azuki beans and ice cream I was set. My beau and I just moved to O'ahu this spring. It's a return home for him but a first time for me. And already, wow. I'm blown away. There's a couple of places already that are winning me right over. Mai Lan (that's on Ke'eaoumku), Zippy's (no brainer? Possibly), Itchy Butt and there's so much more we want to try.

Hey Sean, thanks for all the recommendations. The only disappointment was Ted's not a 10 but closer to a 5. Kona was worth the trip alone but the star was definitely the old suger mill in Waialua. They gavexus a tour and tasting of the chocolate and coffee. So good for both. Thanks for all the recommendations and keep traveling. Aloha .

We are coming to Oahu in two weeks and van camping…love your videos on all the great places to find eats…now we are being told that it’s not safe to camp due to armed robberies etc. can anyone speak to this? We are getting conflicting messages…just want to enjoy island life without incident…We will definitely be chasing some of the great food finds you’ve shared and will probably focus on the North Shore, Bellows, and Lailua/Waimanolo…TIA 😊

I can say, overall, Hawaii is pretty safe. I have a video called "5 Things Not To Do" and I do go over not leaving your valuables visible and how the locals can respect you more when visiting.
