I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THE CONSISTENCY OF THIS CHANNEL! I have recently fell in love with your videos and your positive attitude! You’re doing Gods work here girlie!
Hi Sydney! Could you please do a video or a segment on how you track your macros for a beginner :) Loving your videos, I have binge watched them all in the last few days LOLOL
Yes please! Or even just sharing resources that you trust that we can explore to track macros! There are so many things online but not sure who / what to trust!
I am adding my yes vote as well to see one about your macros. I have been googling my butt off and still feel lost! Thank you, plus I need more motivation videos to watch during my cardio! 💕💕
Absolutely loved this video as always:) Thank you for sharing everything and inspiring us! PS a really good tip for keeping your leafy greens fresh is to put a paper towel on the bottom of the clear container - this will soak up the moisture and keep the spinach, lettuce, aragula etc fresh for way longer! Hope that helps :)
Just ordered more Greens and Reds! Green Apple is my jam! Love the mixed berry too. Always use your SYDNEYA code. Keep the macro advice coming! I need all the healthy clean eats. I’m on the gut health journey thanks to you. I love your content. You’re amazing.
I recently had that same book recommended to me!! I know you've mentioned books from time to time on IG.. you should do a little mini book vlog 🤩 Also, unrelated.. but while I'm here... I just wanna say I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed following your vlog journey and the videos are just so organic and flow good, and you're so likable and enjoyable to watch! You just seem like such a kind soul. Us fans love ya!
When putting veggies in a container like that, put a paper towel down on the bottom! It will retain some of the moisture and make fruits and veggies last so much longer!!
same problem with my produce going bad in containers like that, it was the cause there was an opening on the side of the containers as handles. And for some reason the fridge air just gets to the produce and turns it bad. I’m now using all glass containers that completely seal.
Same here! If I add a paper towel to my leafy greens, it soaks up the moisture and they stay longer. However, I noticed holes for the handles in the containers Sydney keeps her leafy greens, and this may be causing them to go bad much quicker. They need to be in a sealed container.
Hey girl! How do you decide on the books that you’ll read next?!? There’s always so many good ones to chose from🤓🤓🥰 hope you’re loving it here in Florida 😎😎🌴
New subbed here! OMG I am loving your channel so far esp your outfits and meals! Do you mind sharing where your grey slippers are from also what size Anine Bing hoodie you are wearing? Looveeee lloveeee loveee the hoodie choice
I'm sorry if you answered this already but how t did you cook these oats. I'm not a fan of oatmeal but I really want to try this. Can you please help? LOL thanks for your amazing videos and please do a video on how you track macros I'm just learning about it.
I absolutely love your videos!! I’m just getting into tracking macros and would love an in depth video on how you found out what percentages / amounts work for you because there is so much conflicting information online. Also where did you get your kitchen scale from?
Track what you’re eating for a week or so in myfitnesspal (be as accurate as possible/try to weigh things out) BUT don’t change anything from what you usually eat. From there you’ll see where you’re calories are. If your weight stayed the same, that’s your maintenance. If you gained weight you’re in a surplus. If you lost weight you’re in a deficit. From there adjust protein to be ~1g/pound. Then adjust carbs/fats. The exact ratio doesn’t matter thatmuch. If you want to gain weight, increase cals by ~100-300 cals. If you want to lose, decrease by ~100-300 cals. I will say tho, if your current intake is low (less than 16-1800cals) I would suggest reverse dieting (adding cals slowly) regardless of if your goal is to gain or lose! Take the cals you’re currently eating, then subtract your protein cals. For example, if you’re currently eating 2000 cals and weigh 150 pounds, subtract 150x4cal/g protein= 2000-600= 1400 cals that can go to carbs and fats (fats =9cal/g, carbs =4cal/g)!
OBSESSED WITH YOU! I think I've seen every youtube vid AND tik tok of yours LOL! Try "Nighty Night" tea by Traditional Medicinals--it's my new favorite!
Ok please help me with this. I cannot spend a ton of money on various protein powders and they all taste gritty to me. How do I get rid of that ? Also is a ninja blender really going to make a difference?
Adding “creamy” fruits def helps with texture (banana, mango, even roasted sweet potato is bomb especially with cinnamon protein). A good blender also does help but whatever blender you have just make sure to blend for a long time! Also using a nut milk instead of water helps too!
GIRL. Instead of bed time tea, try Magnesium! Either in tablet form or Magnesium Calm powder dissolved in some water if you like something to drink before bed (: seriously has changed sleep game.
Hey Sydney! I was contemplating purchasing the Banana Bread flavour of Vegan Protein from 1up but I'm terrified that I'm gonna hate the taste haha I usually stick with Vanilla or Chocolate but wanna mix it up! Have you tried that flavour yourself? Love you from Canadaaaaa
I've tried all of the flavors. Banana Bread had a plastic-y taste to me. Caramel Macchiato was the best. Vanilla was just ok (it also had a weird texture), also had a fake taste like the Banana Bread. The macros for these are excellent! However, if you want a less expensive (and better tasting) option, the Orgain Simple Vanilla from Costco is hands down, my favorite. Hope this helps!

That’s exactly what I’m using it for right now 😂

Love your videos! If you put a paper towel in your lettuce containers it should preserve your greens longer :)
I love that you’re a reader, too! I own that book but haven’t read it yet :)

didn't know you had a youtube channel!!! going to binge watch all your videos today :,)
I find it I add a piece of paper towel in with my lettuce in the fridge it helps it last longer :)

Girl what camera do you use! Love it! I always watch your videos while I run on the treadmill- such a good motivation for me 🥰❤️
To make all your greens last longer put a paper towel in with it. Idk why it works but it does.

Hi Sydney! What app do you use to track your macros?? Or do you keep track in your head??
MyFitnessPal!!!
I'm sorry if you answered this already but how t did you cook these oats. I'm not a fan of oatmeal but I really want to try this. Can you please help? LOL thanks for your amazing videos and please do a video on how you track macros I'm just learning about it.
I put a paper towel in the lettuce containers to absorb the water.
I absolutely love your videos!! I’m just getting into tracking macros and would love an in depth video on how you found out what percentages / amounts work for you because there is so much conflicting information online. Also where did you get your kitchen scale from?
how do you best suggest figuring out the correct macros to be eating?

Hey Sydney! I know everyone is different but I’m so interested in knowing your protein goal per day!
You need to try F45 Sparkman! I love it
Absolutely love you videos!
Omg such a good book!!
Hi Sydney awesome energy love the content Thank you for sharing🤗
Put a paper towel on the bottom of the arugula, that always helps keep my lettuce fresh longer. ❤️
If you add a little bit of water in your containers with greens and herbs it will keep them alive longer :)
Try the honey vanilla chamomile tea! 😍 it’s amazing
Does it taste like honey? Or just sweet? Not a fan of the honey flavor!
If you put a paper towel in with your lettuce or arugula it will keep it fresh longer

Hi Sydney! You should try Soul Cycle in Tampa. Their classes are so good!
