Salt baths cleanses the body. Epsom, Sea Salt and Himalayan Salt. As a girl in Caribbean my father said there is a time the ocean has it’s period of cleansing and that is the time he would take us to bathe for our own cleansing.

Considering clean water is a very scarce resource I am not sure I like the promotion of showering that often. Also in primal times we hardly showered or washed, so I am not sure its a crucial part of our daily routine, beyond basic hygiene. I would say we drastically overwash destroying the natural oiling of the skin and hair. Once I stopped the overwashing my skin balance and natural cleanliness improved drastically - no spots or pimples, much less dryness, better hair tone etc

If you can’t shower that much, washing the face and feet and changing underwear and socks can take the place of a shower. I also like using cleansing foam for women, it’s a special product sold in Target can’t remember the name and witch hazel spray and baby wipes takes away armpit and crotch odors and chaffing irritation and is a natural skin disinfectant and fabric disinfectant too.
