Loved this video! If you want to get into sci-fi I highly recommend The Illuminae Files, I loved this triology and the books are so fun to read as well. Some pages are emails and for some pages you literally have to rotate the book to read the text etc. Would love to see them included in one of your videos😊

If you want to continue reading Sci-Fi I recommend the “Uglies” series by Scott Westerfeld. I read the first one forever ago, re read it last week and then bought the rest of the series. It’s so good

If you’re willing to get a little more into Sci-fi, there’s a sci-fi romance trilogy that I absolutely adored! It’s called the Ventura Saga. The individual books are called: The Loneliness Of Distant Beings, The Glow Of Fallen Stars and The Truth Of Different Skies. They’re by an author called Kate Ling and I 1000% recommend!!!
Love Sara & read the Entangled with Fae series because of her but don’t skip Curse of the Wolf King (#1). It gives so much good background on the main character in Heart of the Raven Prince!! Such a good series 💕

I'm not a huge science fiction reader myself, but I do dabble in it and I'm also a big romance reader. As you probably know, there are books that straddle those two genres. As such, I think you'd enjoy:
Polaris Rising (2019) by Jessie Mihalik (This is the first in a three book series but you don't need to read all of them to enjoy this one.)
Only Bad Options (2022) by Jennifer Estep (Think this is also the first in a series.)
Crosstalk (2016) by Connie Willis (Connie Willis is a famous science fiction writer. She's won many prestigious awards and this particular book should appeal to someone who is just beginning to stick their toe into sci fi.)

This video has so many books I’ve been interested in reading. And it seems like they are all enjoyable.
Curology is so crazy to me. I personally know some people that love it. But for me, they sent me the exact same formulas as my friend who has totally different skin and my skin hated every product. The chapstick made my lips literally breakout around them. 😂love that for you tho, love the video so cute.

I find it really interesting watching Book tube because in the UK, there are no Barnes and Nobles, instead we have Waterstones but I recently discovered that the Works has really cheap books. The Hating Game is £3 there ($3.57) Just some recommendations if you ever come to UK. We also have lots of second hand shops that sell cheap books.

I’ve read the entangled with fae series (also recommended by Sara) so I hope you try reading it one day! It’s really interesting because it’s fairytale retelling and it’s easy to read!

If you want to read more sci-fi I HIGHLY recommend the Lorien Legacies series. In short it is about 9 alien kids sent to earth to grow up and train to avenge their lost world.

I literally finished Rock Paper Scissors today because Sara was raving about it so much haha.
I gave it 4 stars. I had a fun time and I loved the main twist reveal but the very last chapter left me feeling a bit disappointed. It didn't need to be there really. I wish it had ended a different way then I might have felt a bit more satisfied.

Hey Ali, I have a sci-fi romance rec for you. I know it's out of your comfort zone, but I promise its worth it. It's called Choosing Theo by indie author Victoria Aveline. It's spicy, and fun, and I never hear anyone talk about it.
