If you enjoyed that Cinderella retelling, you need to read the Lunar Chronicles! It’s a Cinderella Retelling but sci-fi. She’s a cyborg, and its so unconventional and good!
I loved the Heart of the Raven Prince. The book is actually part of a sequel series set in the same universe and Prince Franco is also a big part of the original trilogy. I suggest you read the original trilogy which starts with “To Carve a Fae Heart”. You get so much more backstory on the characters which amplifies the choices they make in the sequel series. The series is kind of like the “A court of thrones and roses” series.
I’ve never read ACOTAR but for some reason I love watching reading vlogs for that series, everyone just has such fun reactions to it so I can’t wait for that vlog

Just to let u know, when you said that you have never read a Cinderella retelling, the book If the Shoe Fits by Julie Murphy is part of a stand alone trilogy called the Meant to Be novels by three different authors where they take Disney fairytale stories and put a modern romantic twist on them. If the Shoe Fits is based on Cinderella, By the book by Jasmine GuiIllory is beauty and the beast and Kiss the Girl by Zoraida Córdova is the little mermaid retelling (I don’t think this has come out yet). I read the second book id it is AMAZING. You should totally finish the series 😊

I've never read such high volumes of books in my entire life, so I can only imagine your level of exhaustion! Feel free to let me know if you would recommend acotar to a person who has NEVER read ANY fantasy before! I am considering reading it, but have never read any fantasy, so I'm not certain if it would be a good starting point, or if I should consider something light. 😊
i used to do this with my friends, but now i have all of my books on an online spinwheel and let that choose!! i for some reason still have james and the giant peach on my shelf (which i never would have chosen) but now im reading that because of the wheel!! the thing is, im actually enjoying it 😂😂

You should really read Cinder by Marissa Meyer. It is also a Cinderella retelling but science fiction (not too difficult to read kind of science fiction). The banter is really good and the rest of the series is found family. Definitely a five star series for me.

You should read the Fair Isle Trilogy by Tessonja Odette too! I love her so much, currently reading another one of her books. I haven’t read the fairytale retellings, but they are set in the same world as the Fair Isle Trilogy as far as I know!
You should ask Lauranda that's one of my current favs recently and there's two of them so you could get two recs or you could challenge them to agree on one! I loved this video just like the last so good
I read the entire series saying “RI-sand” in my head instead of “REE-sand” so it’s simply never changing now like my mind is set on my pronunciation haha
