I don’t own a bobcat yet but one day , I have used a few, such an easy fix , thank you for sharing, if only more people where like yourself , take care,
Finally a real mechanic explaining this procedure! Thanks very much. I replaced all the bushings and didn’t know how to set the creeping issue properly thank you very much.
Great video. Mine is just beginning to creep sometimes. It has about 3200 hours on it. At that age do you think I can just flip the stops or should I buy stops and bushings ( solid round parts) before I go in... Want to just go in once. Also would like to see you get the factory safety device. I had only one with my machine so I welded 2 pieces of 1.5 angle metal into a C channel for the other side. Thanks for explaining and showing this. Appreciate any input.
yes, great video and butt!!!! I'd forgotten how to adjust the creep... felt like I was looking at myself... butt and all... thanks for taking the time to do this. Question, what about running the bar on a belt sander to flatten it out? I believe mine are worn on both sides now too...
So you put both on Neutral and tight the bolts on each side? I just can't see the actual adjustment, sorry ! Can you explain with few words because I have to do the same thing.
How do you start the engine while the cockpit is opened up? I did reach the key and tried starting it up, but it doesn't start. The starter really tries but doesn't kick in. However after closing the cockpit it starts just fine. Currently waiting for parts, all bushings blown in steering linkage, but It's gonna be a lot of trial and error to set the neutral position without being able to run the engine cockpit opened.
I will try to do this on and old 763 tomorrow. It doesn’t creep but the left stick is so loose its not centering itself. While i am there i will flip the blocks and rotate the cams to make it tight!

its easier to adjust with control sticks in

Totally agree, Most of the time it was that dark or his elbow was in the road. Would have been a good video if I could see what he was doing.
Need to have somebody hold the camera and put a light in there cuz your video don't work so good you can't see it
