The way the title of the video is make us think that Stephen Hendry needed cocaine to beat Jimmy.
Yeah, even snooker - a gentleman sport - has its morons (they're rare, so feel privileged to have been tricked into watching a vid by one of the rare snooker morons). See also my separate comment.
Hendry would have beaten Jimmy anyway, I like Jimmy, but he was a runner up player in world championship matches period.
He was/is a very good player. I still enjoy watching him now. With more practice and better preparation perhaps he would have had more in his locker to see out matches. You just don't know.

Jimmy White and the late great Alex Higgins were absolutely amazing they were my absolute favourites I'm just sorry Jimmy never won the world title we all sat at home praying and hoping Jimmy would but he would but still he's a legend in my book.

That's a myth, colour television was the reason behind snookers explosion. People could follow the game much easier, then of course Hearn came along and what ever you think about him he has overhauled snooker twice now.

I met Alex Higgins in my local hospital and didn't recognise him until he asked me where the outpatients clinic was. I was in tears nearly. Such a legend. Nobody has come close to Alex in terms of trickshots in a tournament.

I need to read the book. I recently listened to the Stephen Hendry book and it was superb. It is a 9 hour book and I did it all in one go, so if the Jimmy book is half as good, I'll be in for a treat.

I am always glad to see and hear people tell stories like this, about how it really is.
Sport like everything humans do, has everything, good and bad, humans can do and are capable off, and people in public have a strange naive attitude to sports, thinking they are all good, when in reality they are human beings. Human beings exposed to all sorts go down all sorts of roads, and i am glad jimmy can speak about such things, as it wakes people upto there own naivety about what sports people are. They are not gods, they are humans, who have just as many problems as anyone else, and are exposed to more temptations overall then most people.

It is now the back end of 2021 and nothing seems to have changed about BBC Breakfast - same red settee, same table, same set, same scenery picture behind them and same presenters.
