- This van is a 2011 Mercedes Sprinter. It was purchased used with 120K miles and converted to our dream adventure van. We named our van Indyvannajones. It has a complete Renogy Solar system with 100ah battery, 2 x 100-watt Renogy solar panels, Dometic sink stove combo, Dometic cassette toilet, onboard air, a shower, ample storage and two beds that sleep 3 adults comfortably.

Seen a few of these van conversions now but this is the best one. Every detail is thought of. Down to simmer light above bed, fan, rear window. Shower and toilet inside. Would be happy to live in this for long periods at Time.
Ok this is the best build I've seen.
Love the slim shelf below the ceiling cabinets. Actually did this in my garage and in my work van bit never thought to utilise it in my self build camper. Thanks guys 😁

Btw, saw 150k Sprinters made by Big Dogs which are less than one fifth functional than this.

The upper cabinet door lifts are from Ikea and the latches are marine push button latches. The lower cabinets use marine slam latches.

Wow, really good build, with great thought out features. I like how your dog can get to the bed with the bench. Do the bed bump outs catch wind?
There is no noticeable drag or wind noise from the bed bump outs.
How did you attach the twist clips on the rear door? Same question for the flip up table on the rear door. Lots of good stuff here!

Yes, it was designed to fit any size mountain bike including XL sizes and DH bikes.

We’re currently building out two Ford Transits right now that will be finished mid to late June.

The shower pan is a 24”x24” washing machine drain pan. The sub floor was raised 2” to meet the height of the shower pan.

The bike is solid and my Ebike conversion went great. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Very smooth ride at 30mph with no problems (135 miles ridden so far). The picture is a bit deceiving - there is WAY less space in the center of the frame than it shows. The suspension connection takes up the entire thing. So I needed to attach my battery on the bottom of the frame and my controller on the top. Instructions for assembly were lacking but honestly it wasn't too hard to figure out even though I have very little bike knowledge. Watched some youtube videos on adjusting the disk brakes but that was it. Still, I am loving it and very happy with the purchase.

How was that shower pan made? Does anyone have an idea? It looks like some kind of plastic but I can't see how it was constructed. I love how how shallow and sleek it is for a shower in the middle of the floor that is so flush like that.
It's a washing machine drain pan.
