From someone that skied in Summit county for years currently watching you from Florida, you captured the beautiful Colorado outdoors perfectly. Thanks for taking us along, great video!
It would be amazing if you could somehow fab a hinge panel on floor of RTD so you could get in/out of your Vehicle through open sunroof. Angle grinder, hinges, gasket and rivets and youre golden.
You're an incredible mom to ZORA. You're also very strong to carry ZORA up and down the ladder onto and from your roof camper. You and your partner-in-crime, ZORA, are the perfect traveling partnership. Wishing you both good health and continued safe travels.
a sliding table with a small platform for the back would be nice, you could put the frig and cage on top giving you an area to cook with ease :) lovely views. thank you for sharing. be safe
Just wanted to share with you that when moose is running around in the snow, my autistic grandson he is almost 3 years old. He’s also missing his corpus callosum and his brain but your video he can watch over and over when moose is running in the snow and he loves it. He laughs so hard that he drools.
That's definitely Colorado weather. I always joke and say, "Wait 15 minutes and it will be sunny again." The weather changes constantly, be prepared and dress in layers. Glad you enjoyed it!
I’m too old to know the difference between the main channel, and a vlog! But I like it. Any time I can get a double dose of Zora is a good day! And I’m glad you’re back in the mountains again. 😀👍
I live in Hawaii as much as I love the ocean, I enjoy staring at the mountains the most. I really need to make trip to Colorado. The view you showed looks amazing and serene. Keep up the vlogs!
FYI... You said you finally took a chance and stayed a night at Love's, and it was successful. I understand you want to be in a more secluded, private area, but... if all else fails, these places are quite welcoming. As well as Pilot/FlyingJ, and others of the sort. Some of Love's newer locations have on-site camping facilities. I know. Kinda strange for a truck stop. It's true, though. So, you shouldn't worry too much about getting chased out of these places, and you can feel some sense of safety and security. Hope this info serves you well. Safe and fun travels to you and Zora!!!
Cool stuff. I encourage you to embrace the Poncho and take one with you wherever you go, especially into the woods, make it an edc item - a brand called helikon-tex makes a good one. Also encourage you to whip up a small bag of essentials to take when you go hiking - hear all kinds of stories about people getting into serious trouble by simply going on an unprepared hike. Gorilla tape for the rips and hole patching on gear. Ya obviously some kind of broom for brushing the snow. A large laundry bag for all the bedding take it in and out toss it up when getting in. Train the dog to climb the ladder and jump out the back door of the RDT? From what I’ve seen the Malamo dogs do I am pretty sure the dog could safely jump out the back door. Some kind of hanging lamp that could be used inside the RTD? Take care buddy.
You may want to consider a RIG'd Supply UltraSwing swing out tire carrier as a solution for a food prep and cooking table, as well as getting you sparer out from under the truck, which is very difficult to drag out on rough ground (speaking from personal experience). The option you want is the UltraTable. I personally added the UltraTable, side hack, license plate holder with light and the back-up light relocation kit.
my friend owns 120 acres in the mountains. He said they got their first snow last week. He is ready for it , all houses are off the grid, solar, propane powered generators and built for winter
You should teach Zora to go up and down the ladder. You could as well have like a climbing stop fall line on her harness. You may end up hurting yourselves the way your doing it. Love your videos
Great video. Loved the snow on the colored leaves. Invest in a broom and clean snow off from the ground. Then it will be easier to close. Thks and have great week.
Grace wishing you and Zora aka the gator ❤ safe travels 🙏love all the fall colors so pretty y'all take care 🙏❤I love how Zora gets in bed with you lol our Belgian malinois loves to snuggle he is such a sweetheart ❤
Love watching your videos. Have you ever thought of getting some extendable foldable steps for your dog to get in the penthouse. They probably won't reach all the way up but maybe useful and safer.
She has a Malinois, I myself have two of them. There’s no need for a step, these dogs are not your average house dogs, they’re very agile and capable. Hence why they are used as working dogs for LE/Mil.
moose is so awesome!!! How come you didn't do sprints with Moose in the morning? lol. Was it cold in the penthouse? It looked like Moose was comfortable
You and Zora are such a great team together . Thanks for sharing your thoughts and travel memories with us all your over landing friends . Great video again . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) 🐕:) 😁🌨☕️👍🏼
Great Video, really enjoyed you capturing the last bit of fall colors and the first snow. Video felt like a honest snippet of 'a-day-in-the-life' 4-runner camping in colorado. Your killin it!
Glad that you weathered the first snow pretty well. My brother said they got 12 inches up in Steamboat, we had 5 inch drifts but they cancelled church service due to ice. It looks like you are gonna need to get a larger blanket cuz some puppy insists on sharing/hogging with you.
Whenever I see Grace's watch strap sticking out in these videos i realise i suffer from third party OCD and will her to fix it. So far I'm zero for, like, 100!
This was right after about 8” of snow dumped on that dispersed area and I was not about to go down that icy cliff to get to those camp spots. Also… not a soul at loves all night. Guess people like to go south when it gets this cold🫣
I started watching your channel because you own my dream car. 🙈 I want the lunar rock color though 😅 Zora is so cute. 😍 Also where you are looks a lot like Alberta canada. Its so inspiring that you get to do this every day! I could only dream!
Is condensation a problem in the RTD? Is there any venting besides cracking the windows? Do you have any 12v outlets in the dwelling? Love your channel by the way. I was in the Estes Park area a few weeks before you got back to Colo. It was glorious!
OMG, I just love watching Zora! 😍 Did you train her yourself, or did she go to an obedience school? Enjoying watching you cover territory in CO. I'm in the eastern high plains and had planned to do some car camping in the mountains this fall, but my car needs repairs. Safety first. So I am sightseeing vicariously through you. 🤗 Word: broom.
Hello , great vid .. love your dog ..be carefull it can be dangerous out there alone. Did the same thing for a bunch of years in a truck camper years ago. Good luck. Andi in the high mts of co
I promised y'all some longer videos on this channel... hopefully, this works 😂 it took me 2 days to upload lol

Well done video. So many folks TH-cam videos are saturated in obnoxious music; yours is not. Well done, I am now a subscriber from Tennessee. 🍻

I like your 3 points of contact on the way down the ladder.

Truckers are never surprised by anything. They have probably seen it before or many things more unusual. lol
Your vids give me a positive outlook on life.

Very interesting content 👍
Thanks!
Thank you!!
This was an epic 40 plus minute video!
Great video and set up. How did you find this location? Is this a campsite in Twin Lakes? It seems secluded with a beutiful view.
How you.going to.keep warm Sweetie??? Electric blanket ?? It's beautiful there
Great Video, really enjoyed you capturing the last bit of fall colors and the first snow. Video felt like a honest snippet of 'a-day-in-the-life' 4-runner camping in colorado. Your killin it!
We are all so jealous of your life
Love that store. Everyone needs a camper.
Beautiful scenery! Thank you!
Zora is so precious in the snow! Gotta say that hard side dwelling in the wind is much better then any RTT. The flapping gets annoying in those lol
Glad that you weathered the first snow pretty well. My brother said they got 12 inches up in Steamboat, we had 5 inch drifts but they cancelled church service due to ice. It looks like you are gonna need to get a larger blanket cuz some puppy insists on sharing/hogging with you.
Ha! Sweet Chili and Teriyaki, my favorites! Great pup, careful getting her up top, all the best on your journey.👍
Love the sweater now I want one 😅
It's funny your furbaby can't hike without a hiking stick
Whenever I see Grace's watch strap sticking out in these videos i realise i suffer from third party OCD and will her to fix it. So far I'm zero for, like, 100!
You can get small camping chairs that disassemble very thin and small. They are not expensive!
Lol I love how Zora sounds like a horse with her zoomies runs. She so cute and adorable! Yall be careful!
That is a happy dog
Loves lol the busiest gas station in that area 🤦🏼♀️ there’s so many places to disperse camp with 10 min of there
This was right after about 8” of snow dumped on that dispersed area and I was not about to go down that icy cliff to get to those camp spots. Also… not a soul at loves all night. Guess people like to go south when it gets this cold🫣
Great video! Awesome views😊❤️
Great video Grace; I love your new vlog channel! The views are incredible!!!
Thank you!
Love to see that my dogs arent the only ones that bite at the towel I try to dry them off with 😂
I started watching your channel because you own my dream car. 🙈 I want the lunar rock color though 😅
Zora is so cute. 😍 Also where you are looks a lot like Alberta canada. Its so inspiring that you get to do this every day! I could only dream!
I’m routing for you because you are braver and tougher than I am and I’m old enough to be your Dad.
YT knocked me off ur channel 🤔 Subbed again! 👍💛
Gorgeous views! ❤
Is condensation a problem in the RTD? Is there any venting besides cracking the windows? Do you have any 12v outlets in the dwelling? Love your channel by the way. I was in the Estes Park area a few weeks before you got back to Colo. It was glorious!

You were in twin lakes and didnt stop and say hi..😂 be safe be well
Your Videos on Your 2nd TH-cam Channel Are very very very Cool 😎
Hi! I'm a new subscriber, and was wondering what watch you're wearing? I'm a G-Shock geek and was just curious. 🙂 Love your dog BTW!
OMG, I just love watching Zora! 😍 Did you train her yourself, or did she go to an obedience school? Enjoying watching you cover territory in CO. Doggy needs a rain coat too 🫶🏼
Cute ,smart, resilient
How do you find awesome campsites like that one overlooking the lake?
I use iOverlander. It's a free app!
Where did you get your jacket from? The flannel print with fleece inside?
Rural king!
Zora
Hello , great vid .. love your dog ..be carefull it can be dangerous out there alone. Did the same thing for a bunch of years in a truck camper years ago. Good luck. Andi in the high mts of co
So curious - why do you put your rig in park with your left hand???
Have you had any Bigfoot sightings?
AJ frozen chicken ramen is the absolute best. Better than a lot of restaurants in my opinion. Hard to find without a costco
How do you heat the dwelling? Is there a way to run a diesel heater hose into the rtd?
Rooftop tent
Girl, you should come hang out with me in Utah.
Make the giant chocolate chip cookie
What water bottle is that?
Yay to pancakes
Omg where’s your emergency heat source ?
What do you feed Zora?
Wow that might be one of the most severe cases of the zoomies I've ever seen. I've been putting Pumpkin Spice powder in my protein pancakes!
How much does Zora weigh? Love your channel! ❤
Thank you! She’s 58lbs.
Keren
Wuz it cold?
Nah
