Sweet video. Just picked mine up today. Had to drive it 300 miles back home and man it was such a awesome, comfortable ride home. I did baby it the whole way and can’t wait for the full throttle pulls! They are really nice cars. Keep the videos coming!
I’ve heard many schools of thought on break-in. Break it in like you’re going to drive it. 1,000 miles, etc. I personally change my oil after break-in as well.
Loving your videos! My Grabber Blue GT was ordered at the beginning of November and just got the "set to be built" showing mid-December...I'm getting my "waiting for my Mustang" fix through your videos so keep them coming!!! Thank you for your time.
do you have the issue with the 2-3 shift where it shifts early in sport mode? I have seen videos where the 1-2 shift happens at redline, but the 2-3 happens at like 6000
There is 300 mile break in period for the mustang! However, some people to be on the safest side they go for 500 or 1000 miles until they full throttle.
@@daily_driven I have been told by the ford dealership and also many other mustang owner follows that 300 mile break in. Also, if the car is not broken in, there is a limit on the rpm/redlining the car. After breaking in that limiter is gone
I seen a video someone red line they brad new 24 5.0 in front of ppl he don’t know and blew up his car I can’t find it and I’m sure you need at least 500 miles in before you do a burn out 1000 to be safe
I feel the same way about content where there is a lot of profanity or the creator is masked. However, this is their platform. I then choose to not watch them rather than correct them.
Do you guys like the POV driving video style? If so I’ll make more content like this!
yes
Yea
I just hit 1,000 miles on mine yesterday, oil changed just done this morning. Now it’s time to open this girl up

Awesome man congrats!! Thanks! More videos to come! 🙂👍
I don't believe in going hard on a new car.. They say to take it easy till about 2000K or first oil change..
Does this car auto shift for you in manual mode or it doesn’t shift u til you hit the paddle?

I think that's good practice, as well. Changed mine at 500 miles, over to full synthetic as well.
@@dakotasimon3445 yes, I run full synthetic as well.

I always wondered about break in period, like if you buy a car from the lot 9/10 it was full throttle by someone doing a test drive.
I love the Grabber Blue can't wait for mine
Hope you get yours soon! 👍
Shadow black all the way!

Where did you find that? I couldn’t find anything other than the little blurb in the manual lol

I just hot 1000 miles today and still have a rev/ red line limiter at 7250 rpm. Does that go away or have to go to settings to change??
@@paulhenrysalas1038 for mustang the limiter before break in should be at 5000 ish rpms so if urs is at 7250 i think thats already broken in
Ok. Thought redline was 7500 rpm. Tach shows line at 7250 rpm amd thought it would go all the way up to 7500 rpm. Thanks
