Ya this. When I want to export my notes, it's hard to know how I need to space it out so stuff isn't cut weird between pages like diagrams and pictures.
Is there a way to put all Notebooks for one particular subject area or category area into Cabinet/Shelf or Master filing group. Currently the system is Notebooks>Sections>Pages. I'm using it for Maths and I currently have more than several Notebooks. The problem with just having just "one" Notebook for maths and attempting to have the "sections" for the different aspects and areas of maths, would end up having hundreds of pages in some sections which would make it very troublesome in use. Therefore having multiple Notebooks for Maths appears to make the whole system more organised and more quickly for finding and going straight to what I need. BUT the problem is when I want to start creating completely new subjects that have nothing to do with Maths - this is why there needs to be a feature to create separate Notebook Filling areas/cabinets/shelves or containers for a group of related Notebooks, etc. I s there a way?
Hi! Thanks for this video! Question: Can you synch the content of OneNote ONLY to the iCloud, and never to the Microsoft OneDrive server? Or, can you turn off synching on OneNote altogether, save your OneNote content to your Mac HD, and then synch notes directly to your iphone or ipad via bluetooth?
Thanks for the video. Question: do you use the app version? I want the main page to be all notebooks instead of a list of recently opened notes. Is there a way to change this setting ? This is only on the app version (samsung note) thanks!
This is all fine and dandy, but to this day why can't Microsoft make it easy for me to make a page or section read only in MS OneNote Professional 2016? Driving me nuts
