Been doing cardio everyday with my workouts after starting watching a month ago. Sam is a massive motivator for me to continue my weightlifting journey and hopefully i can get shredded by the end of the year 💪🏻
Was about to skip cardio after arms and just go home (sick as a dog thanks to Texas freeze) but hopped on the treadmill and this is the first thing I saw. Needless to say I will be doing my 30 minutes of high intensity cardio
This morning I Did 12 miles on the bike in 45 minutes today, 2.5 mile walk and core strength training. Then tonight hit a gnarly leg workout and I hit my record for calorie burn 1784 calories burnt for the day I am smoked. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.
I used to skip cardio all the time. Thanks to Sam now i run on the treadmill once or twice a week. Not impressive at all but i know it works and better than nothing and will try to improve gradually, or at least keep it going

Get some rose water, lemon juice and sulphur soap. Put that on yourself and itll all clear up. Along with dark spots and scars. I had a huge acne problem when I was younger this helped my friends and I. Than just get liftin while youre at it
Totally agree with this mantra .. Exercise of any kind is about moving any blockers that get in the way .. Even getting to a gym is a blocker for some … I keep a bench and press up bars next to my desk and every 20 mins just hit it …It’s my only option with 3 kids and a hectic life but it works , no excuses it’s right next to me all day

Sam is of the knowing. Cardio is essential! My sweet spot is Incline Treadmill at 3.4 MPH, 15 incline, for 2 miles. It takes about 30 minutes and burns 500 calories. Do it in the cardio cinema and its even easier with a good movie on. If not Treadmill, Stair climber for 20-30 mins.
Sam: keeping it simple to get to your goals I love it. He is giving me ideas in the gym cause I am still pretty new and need ideas of various excercises.
Anyone struggling with cardio, I highly recommend the Bowflex Max Trainer. I’ve always hated cardio, only did weights. But having this machine at home, I’m easily busting out 30 mins of cardio absolutely dripping sweat every single morning, and its relatively easy, just throw on a couple 5 min songs and you’re done.

My old gym is about a mile from home, I went about 5 times a week and I would run there, work out an hour or two and then run back home. I got in 2 miles a day doing that, 10 miles a week.
