Sam your voice sounded shot during the seminar, I knew all that talking would have done it. But you still pulled through and spoke truth. It was awesome meeting you this weekend.
When I raced Hare Scramblers in Mideast Racing Series, I was seeing peek HR of 210 and keeping it above 170 for the whole 2-hour race. People don't realize the cardio required to race a dirt bike or quad competitively for a 2 - 3-hour race.
Unpopular opinion: Sam is natural and you can achieve his physique if you make the sacrifices he has made. Sam is an honest guy. If he was on steroids, he would tell us. Claiming otherwise and not giving him the benefit of the doubt is defeatist mentality. Instead of shooting for the stars, you aim much lower because you don’t have the dedication to take care of your sleep, your diet and learn your body through trial and error. You give up after being told you have reached your maximum potential because bodybuilding isn’t for you, go find something you’re truly passionate about.
You can tell not many people are into the cardio due to the lack of comments. People want to see sam lift! Sam better be careful that he doesn’t lose too much weight with all this cardio
