    the stock pup is a bit muffled and muddy
    nice video,very informative.
    I suppose there is nothing emulating a 250k poti for that mid single coil on the circuitry.
    Anyway what do you mean by tight bottom end?

      Many thanks. What I mean by tighter bottom end is that the lower frequencies are less muddy (as you also heard). They're more distinct and less boom-y. Hope that helps.

    I have that exact same guitar. Nthe infinity pickups sound great but the guitar was just too heavy/weird shape. The trem on mine is weird too. I just stole the inf 4 out of the bridge and put in a squier strat. Problem solved.

      Yeah it is heavy. Plays great though.
