In this video I share my refreshed bedroom makeover for 2021! If you've been watching for a while, you know last year we did a major master bedroom transformation with HGTV's Design at Your Door. While we loved the design at the time, we knew it was time for a change! We changed the gray paint to a warmer beige (Olympic Mountains & Alaskan Skies by Benjamin Moore). Although we loved the board and batten headboard wall from our original design, we knew we wanted an actual headboard to make our bed the focal point of the room instead of the feature wall. So we decided that a new canopy bed would do the trick! I hope you get some great bedroom decorating ideas from this video!

I loved what HGTV did, however I'm loving the brighter colors even more! The canopy was definitely the finishing touch that the room needed.

How are you liking the canopy bed? I want one but I keep hearing that the metal canopy beds squeak a lot. I know that would drive me nuts.
I would love to know as well I was just looking at this same bed to purchase.
@@redlady1 so far, every metal canopy bed I look at has reviews that complain of squeaking. Now I’m looking at wooden canopy beds and they look good.
