Parang reporting lang sa classroom ah. Hehe. Pero good job. Hope may bibili if ever na seller ka. Pag magkakapera ako, eto talaga first bibilhin ko. Yung white tpos customized nlang black wheel, tpos black roof kahit sticker lang, then spoiler sa likod.

How slow?
Mine is just like the one being reviewed. Going 50k kms and still runs like when I first drove it. It can climb the steepest inclines of Baguio without issue despite its 3 cylinder engine. Best to buy in Q4, got mine with 100k PHP discount in 2015. :)

I have a 2018 mirage G4 SE got it for 10k with only 26k miles I actually really like the car. At first when you come to a complete stop and you start to accelerate it does take a while to come up with speed but after it’s actually pretty fast.

@@renzperez6003 I just bought a new Mirage G4 yesterday in the red color. $13,700. I believe the window sticker (MSRP) was like $17k or $18k but they're discounted big time, this is because #1. Mitsubishi is not a hot brand/hot seller to begin with here in the United States, when people go car shopping the first cars they look for are Toyota and Honda (as they should). #2. Americans have never had any love for small cars, especially a 3 cylinder engine car, if you recall, the Geo Metro wasn't exactly a success. #3. Car sales are slumping across ALL BRANDS here in the U.S. (probably across the world I'm sure) as our national and the global economy begins to come to a grinding halt in 2020. #4. The dealer I went to here in New Jersey, they have quite a few of these sitting on the lot since last spring (2019), they've been sitting so long, to go on a test drive, they needed to jump the battery and the red ink in the Mitsubishi logo on the window sticker is pale pink from the sun's UV rays. This same dealer is also overloaded with Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM vehicles, there has to be like 200 or more vehicles parked all around the dealership, they're not going anywhere, Chrysler isn't selling much, to the point that they had to temporarily suspended some assembly lines recently.
I'm a car guy, I've been in the car world for 20 years, I've bought, sold and owned more makes and models than I care to mention. I would never buy such a tiny, terrible car. BUT, considering my current economic situation, and the fact I got it for what I did, and the 34+MPG rating it comes with.... For what it is, it gets the job done. Of course I researched the heck out of this car before I bought it, I'm always researching cars anyway, I expected to find more complaints about the Jatco CVT it uses going out on people while driving down the road, but I actually found a ton of complaints about how the airbags never deployed in accidents, which, I'm not too concerned about, I've been accident free since 2005 and I teach defensive driving on the side. The only reason this car's Jatco CVT doesn't give as many issues as on the Nissans is probably because it's so light, takes a lot more for the transmission to get overworked and overheat. The fact it's so light and it's mated to an engine that puts out so little power makes sense why the CVT would last a lot longer in this application. CVTs in heavy vehicles usually have a high rate of failure. They're just not strong enough. That's why I made an exception, I'd never buy a car with a CVT except in this case. Just change the CVT fluid every 30k miles and it just might last well past 100k miles.

Thanks for reviewing this, the reason why 2019 mirage glx is not touchscreen because of TRAIN law they dont have any choice so they downgraded their entertainment system

I like the updated design of G4. However I noticed that even the top of the line variant, lacks some features and design like the previous gen has. Side sill, cruise control and strut bar. Hmmm
The Mirage Hatchback has the cruise control though. Although the strut bar is a dealer option though.
Even the speed sensor locks it doesn't have.

I’m a Mitsubishi fanatic, since I was six years old my dad started to work in Mitsubishi motors Cainta plants days. Now, Im 45 y o I owe Mitsubishi too. BUT, this Mitsubishi mirage g4… Im sorry Mitsubishi, if you made the engine 4 cylinders & loads of HP, this will be great & awesome. 3 cylinders + 5 big adults, this car will be powerless to be honest. I own Mitsubishi ASX 4x4 1.8 diesel here in London Uk 🇬🇧, unfortunately Mitsubishi stopped selling New & upcoming models here. Sad news… only the left handed Mitsubishi will continue market in Europe. Hope Mitsubishi wil stand from the rest again like before. ☝️👍

What is the difference between GLX 2019 and 2020? Sabi kasi nang seller na nakausap ko year lng raw pinagkaiba. Tama ba or gusto lng nya maka benta?
If you want a GLX buy the 2017-2018 cuz we bought one and it has the most features than 2019-2020 it has a 7-inch touchscreen and it has 4 speakers and has Audio controls on the steering wheel and pillars on the door are covered in black the only great feature of the 2019-2020 is the rear bumper, and I saw one in Carousell that the 2018 Mirage G4 GLS that costs 400k-500,000 or plus and has the beige interior and same features with the new bumper too they downgrade the 2020 by removing the beige interior

Hindi sya under power kasi sobrang gaan ng body nya. For normal driving conditions like on highways, you can easily reach speed of 100km/hr. Max speed that I got was 130 in TPLEX. Pag kukulangin ka sa hatak on inclines, you can always switch from Drive to B. Never failed me basta regular ang maintenance.

@@AutoPH Hellp, Tried doing the phone link with my Galaxy A50. It automatically installed the DRIVE MODE app on my phone after I had it connected via USB Cable + 4g+ connecti9n for the SW to be installed, however the screen mirroring from phone to LCD of the GLS G4 is still not working.
AutoPH: Cars and Drives screen mirroring is not working for iPhone even though Mirage G4 should be able to connect via Apple CarPlay. Any thoughts?

They used to sell one when it was launched in the Philippines, it was quietly discontinued in 2018, leaving the GLX variant that has a manual option, as the GLS variant is CVT only.
