I feel so at peace watching you and your family meet new milestones in life. I’ve watched you since you made your first video with Doug and it’s been an absolute pleasure watching you grow, getting pregnant, having a baby, moving flats, getting engaged and NOW having a house! Absolutely amazing.
These move in vlogs are SOOO therapeutic.. I love them so much ❤️
You should change the wardrobe in the bedroom to sliding doors! Then it won’t be such a tight squeeze with the bedside tables :D

He does but I also do too.. he has plenty of breaks and is usually downstairs watching television whilst I’m upstairs editing. We both work hard 😅

Doug’s family is so lovely. They seem to be really understanding and supportive of your job even though it’s not your “typical” job which I find really sweet cause I find some families just don’t get it.

I think this is something that people missunderstand about introverts. It doesn't mean you don't have any friends or don't like any people, but you draw your energy out of being alone. So basically if you need to be alone to restore a bit, then you're more of an introvert, if you need people around you to get your energy up, then you're more extroverted. You don't need to be a super shy person that never hangs out with anyone to be introverted. So I definitely think you've got an introvert nature. :)

I totally know how you feel about moving from a flat to house!
we moved from our flat to a house back in March, we had lived in our flat for 13yrs and it’s so amazing to have so much more room, especially for the kiddies finally having a back garden!

Eeee one of my favourites. I hate the moving process and feel the same about people handling my things and it not going in the right place. Once that's done, I just love being on my own and sorting the new interior. Allow my husband to do his own stuff while I unpack because ultimately Im wanting to do the decor!!

Just smiled all the way through this like an absolute idiot. Your excitement at having your first own home is just contagious. I'm moving house soon and it's made me so excited. I had kind of been dreading it having moved 14 times in my adult life I thought this place was forever but it's filled me with excitement for that newness again. Unlike you I'm at the other end of life where I'm moving because my last child is about to fly the nest and I just don't need all of this space and I'm looking forward to having less space to rattle around in. New home, new outlook, new possibilities and fresh bedding... how much better does life get? Sincerely wishing you every happiness in your lovely new home :D

I am absolutely delighted for you and your lovely family!! I completely understand your utter excitement about your first new home. My husband was in the Canadian Air Force and we moved many times, always staying in rental or military properties so when we purchased our first home, our beautiful daughters were 10 and 13. But I get your giddy excitement, I felt exactly the same way...it is a huge and wonderful adult step to own your own home and it couldn’t have happened to a nicer couple than you and Doug. Ha! I’ve not had something Samsung since I had a slide up phone in 2006, then when we were comparing products online we realised Samsung came up top for us 😅
I love these vlogs! My best tip for moving, is packing a weekend bag with clean clothes, toothbrush make up essentials.

In the US we keep our washer and dryer in their own room or the basement, but I’ve noticed in Europe they’re typically in the kitchen. Very interesting! Love your vlogs 😄 Congrats on your new home!
