There were four unused earthbound tracks for brawl (New Age Retro Hippie, Eight Melodies, Smiles and Tears, and Because I Love You), but none of them were Twoson. Unless you're talking about that one youtube video that played a remix of Twoson and claimed it was unused, but it was really just a track from the Mother 1+2 album and there's no proof it was ever supposed to be used in brawl.
It has a certain ring that is naturally appealing to the human ear like @0:09 - @0:17. Its just so smooth and catchy it makes you nod your head to the beat👌😌
