I'm not a golfer, but found these stretches to be great for the upper body. I'm a choral singer, and these will be excellent during a heavy rehearsal week or before and after a concert. Holding a score (in more or less the same place) for an extended period causes "folder shoulder," and this will help avoid discomfort and fatigue.
This was perfect , because I've been cutting and pulling deep weeds from removing bushes in my yard, who knew this helped to stretch, been sore as hell!! Thanks Rachel, you see your workouts help in so many ways sweetie!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

You must have been reading my mind! Although I was not golfing Sunday, I found this video a great morning stretch and am definitely going to spend time with you before my next golf outing!
