Yah Hoss what I really want is the tall glass of cool water, it's surprising how good water really tastes. And yes water is always yummy. I drink a gallon a day, 1 ounce for every lb we weigh. Watching all these stages being changed to fit the scenes.
Have you noticed that these values are almost extinct today? It's - 2021 - The year of hatred, the world divided, and Covid. I would go back to the good old times in a heartbeat! I'm 70, and today's world scares me, I won't regret leaving it behind.
I wonder if the actors knew how loved they were. All of them! Michael Landon, being a genius, who left behind a legacy no one will ever forget. Michael Landon Jr. has spoken some hurtful words about his father. I am sure that he would take them back, if he could.
I recall in the earlier episodes Hoss seemed more gullible and impressionable. But having matured in these later seasons he's much more street wise; picking up on the subtleties of things and people.
Anyone else notice how every traveler on this show uses the same Louis vittion luggage. Even in the 1970s that would have cost a Bunch of money. No wonder all the actors had to wear the same outfits.
*SOUND PROBLEM REMEDY* I figured out a while back that when they upload videos with messed up sound, little sound or no sound like alot of the ones this person uploaded that if you use headphones or a separate speaker such as plugin speaker or bluetooth speaker that you'll be able to hear every thing normally. I don't know how or why it works, but that's actually how I watch these things and have sound.
Its alright that Joe is crazy about April nothing will happen there for some weird reason they (the writers of the show) want to keep all the Cartwrights single.🤔🤔👍🙄

The actor who plays the gunman bad guy is familiar. Was in several Mission Impossible episodes and was a council member in Matrix Reloaded, who said some bullshit to Neo.
The money sums they use in this show are so unrealistic. Half a million dollars? Even $1000 would be more than that in todays money. Even the amounts used for rewards are so crazy. But I still love this show!!
Did I miss something?? How in the hell did Joe get ahead of them on foot while they rode horses at least part of the way....and then to know right where they were heading? It was a good episode right up to that point.
He took the horse of the man they shot and like he said a man will hide water in the desert somewhere where he can see the spot a long way off. That rock they called the devil's anvil fits the bill. Oh, plus Joe had the second canteen to keep him and the horse going when they had no water.
No flies on the horses or cattle, the dirty clothes are spotless quicker than a 1 hour dry cleaning service, they have no scars though they've been shot at endless times, and that sofa looks perfect even though countless ill people have reclined on it. But do you really need to see those things just so it's more realistic? LOL
