I think we can say that 22H2 is more what 11 SHOULD have looked like when it RTMed. A lot of progress towards UI consistency has been made, which is something I never thought I'd be able to say!
The only bad thing about Windows 11 is the new Task Manager being a UWP app. Sure, it has dark mode, but opening it would be slow on low end devices. Microsoft is now racist at potato PCs. Edit: I was wrong. I upgraded to 22H2 and the new task manager is fine on my old laptop.
What's interesting is that 22H2 has been worked on the Dev insider channel for over 5 months now, and it's finally released. It took way too long. They attempted to work on the taskbar having an ability to expand when swiping up in tablet mode, but the feature was removed since it didn't work too well.
Microsoft needs to work more on the dark mode. If they implement it throughout all the legacy system (Properties menu, run menu, etc) and update the remaining legacy system tools, they will finally achieve a consistent OS, something that we haven't seen since Windows 7.
I hope The TPM2x, UEFI and other nonsense requirements gets dropped on the next Feature update. It will create more E-waste after 2025 because of this. However you can pick Windows 10 LTSB editions. I recommend the 2016 one or 2015 one. They are Having the same as Windows 8.1's LTSB 2018 is just a Slow turtle. LTSB 2021 looks like Light. Because i install it on a VM. And it only use 8gb of storage. It was nice. BUT i am so disappointed that Win11 uses 15 gb of storage. Now that's the proof why Win11 is slow as turtles
I have pro, and have had some of these features before they probably even released it! (Like paint and Notepad, for example. But my jaw dropped when I saw task manager, I got the classic-ish styled Windows 10 11-RTM-styled task manager.)
I don’t know if anyone noticed, but the search icon in 22H2 has been flipped around. In the RTM it’s still like the windows 10 search button with the search facing the right
22H2 look makes me want to upgrade to Win11 once I can build a new PC, Win10 look is nice and I like it but too inconsistent that it has became somewhat of a pain pretty quick after only 20 days of using.

Windows 7 had some problems as well, such as the 5.x UI not having consistent DPI scaling.
Note: When you enroll to Windows Program Insider Beta, on File Explorer there's should be a tab (Like Google Chrome).

I noticed this in your video as well as on my PC, there is a flicker with the new 22H2 startup circle... I am nitpicking, but it is weird.. right??
It's a loop video. When you change the startup background you'll see it's just a 1×1 video with a dark background.
