I just practiced this at home, I am 31 weeks and giving birth in 9 weeks. This is relaxing, your voice is amazing as well - very soothing. Thank you
So lovely to hear, good on you for practicing and all the best for these coming weeks and months - you got this! xox
Your pregnancy videos have been so helpful in my morning routine. Thank you for putting out a nice slow flow with beautiful transitions- it is really helping me deal with sciatica pains in my third tri!

This was AMAZING. Thank you :)
It's a pleasure xx
So great!! Thank you!!!!
It's a pleasure! :) x
You don't really show the positions of where to put the blocks which makes it difficult to follow.
very nice class. thank you
You are welcome :)
Really lovely but unfortunately I had to stop when it got to the bit laying on your back. I can't lay on my back since my baby is positioned spine against my spine and it's too uncomfortable.
Of course, that doesn't sound like it would be comfortable at all - you could do the rest of the practice sitting upright against a wall (sitting upright with legs straight and bending the knees side to side) until the savasana. Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well and sorry the practice wasn't completely right for you. x
That’s a good suggestion, thank you! I really liked the gentleness of your video and I’ll give it another go, that way instead x
