    Kendra, I want to say that it is such a blessing that I found your channel. I have been very depressed since suffering from a miscarriage 3 months ago. My husband and I have been trying for a baby for about a year. I was recommended by my doctor to try yoga to calm my nerves and anxiety. I must say, it's really nice and relaxing and I really enjoyed it. Thank you

      I'm so sorry for your loss.
      I'm happy your doctor recommended yoga to support your well-being. It really can make a world of difference. Thank you for practicing with me and know that I'm rooting for you and your husband.
      Best wishes!

    deeply grateful for these wonderful practices. I totally surrender to what you prepared for us, not thinking about particular benefits or anything like that. Just tuning in and trusting my body to take what she needs. Interestingly enough, the more I think about fertility these days, I also wonder about menopause and how to apply the same gentleness and calm to that phase in my life (whenever that may be) like I try to regarding the fertility journey (excuse my wobbly English but maybe you get the idea of what I am trying to say ;)). Yoga will 100% be a part of that journey, too.

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  ปีที่แล้ว

      First, your English is beautiful. Second, thank you for your words. They encourage me to keep creating videos and sharing these practices.
      And how lovely to simply be with and be there for your body without a need to create a particular outcome or extract a specific benefit. Definitely something that will serve you well in every phase of life.
      Thank you again!

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  ปีที่แล้ว

      You're welcome. I can't really tell you if it's good and normal for you to be feeling that because all bodies are different. I would have to ask you a lot of questions to get a better understanding of what you're feeling. And that's not something I can do in the comment section. If you're concerned, I would recommend asking your healthcare provider or a yoga teacher who can assess you in person. Best wishes!

    Can u recommend any yoga poses to improve AMH level

    • @LiveFertile
      @LiveFertile  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly, AMH gets way too much attention. It’s an INDIRECT measure of egg reserve, it can fluctuate (and is often low after coming off the pill), does not predict likelihood of conceiving in those who are not undergoing IVF, and tells us nothing about egg quality. Many people with low AMH get pregnant without any issue. I recommend focusing on overall reproductive health and well-being rather than getting laser focused in on improving a single lab value. Best wishes!

      @LiveFertile  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there. Pain is typically a sign that something needs to be addressed or approached in a different way (or stopped altogether.) Without asking you tons of questions (ex: what kind of pain, where, in which poses, intensity level, injury history, physical activity level, physical activity history, etc?) or observing your practice, I really can't provide more insight.
