I've appreciated all your prenatal videos and I loooooved this one for the first day of my third trimester... will definitely be returning to this video. thank you SO much.
I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and I love this practice so much!! I never re-do yoga videos but I will 100% be doing this one again! The breathing, movement, and stretching was amazing! Thank you!
thank you so much for providing these! the best prenatal yoga I've found online or in person near me. 20 mins is perfect to fit in in the morning. I've been doing them since my 1st trimester and now in my 3rd. energizing, centering, not too much or too little with pregnancy nausea, fatigue, or balance issues
Thank you for posting this. It felt so good! I hope to continue doing it every day till the end of pregnancy!
Beautiful morning practice. Thank you and Namaste 🙏🏼❤️
Pleasure x
Wonderful, thank you! Finally someone who understands to not play a preview or music in the end. Like this you can really stay in shivassana as long as you want
Love that it suits you! Thanks for watching x
This is the female half of Osteen Construction commenting (of course)...this video, like all of Paula's, is simply "gorgeous," as she so eloquently states. I love her voice, her calm, gentle explanations, and I truly feel safe doing yoga along with her in each prenatal video. Thank you, Paula, for sharing so much of yourself and putting this goodness into the world.
Oh this has really made my day, thank you! It makes me glad to know that you are enjoying the practices and they feel beneficial. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. xox p

I love your videos. Been following from the prenatal series. Now doing your postnatal videos and normal practice videos. It’s still good to come back to the prenatals. Thank you!
Thanks for your lovely message and so pleased to hear that you continue to practice the prenatal ones as well x p

enjoying your yoga vids from brisbane in my first trimester
So lovely to hear, good on you for practicing xox
Amazing and so gentle yet energising. I was wondering whether you offer pre natal yoga teacher training as you’re just so good and natural at it!
Thank you for your lovely feedback! At this stage no, but signing up to the newsletter via www.yoginimelbourne.com is probably one of the best ways to keep in the loop xo
AH beautiful practice, feeling awake and energized to meet the day! :)
Yay! Lovely to hear that. x
Thanks, this was delightful! It felt so good at almost 35 weeks pregnant to move my body in this way.

I love this routine, it feels so good for my back and all the stiff muscles in the morning. I’m not pregnant anymore but stil enjoying this one. Could you please recommend another morning routine you recorded that would be similar to this one but without pregant specific adjustments? Thanks Xx
Thank you for the great feedback, have you tried this practice: th-cam.com/video/gfhDIMx7PMk/w-d-xo.html
thank you for this wonderful practice :) I am in week 36 and it felt just right for me. your voice is very calming! thank you :)
I'm so pleased that you enjoyed the practice. Exciting times ahead, good luck! x
Great for an evening practice too! My hip flexors tighten easily (especially when pregnant) and stretching them out helps me sleep better.
Glad you enjoyed it :) x
I am at the 39th week. Thank you for making mine easier. Much love.
Good on you for practicing and good luck with these coming months! xx
Great practice, thank you!
So glad you enjoyed it, thanks! x
I'm not pregnant but I loved this.
Lovely to hear - yes absolutely available to anyone so I'm glad you gave it a go :)
I have enjoyed it so much! thank you!
Thank you! xox
Even with cushions for my knees it just couldn't get into this flow. If you have good knees, go for it!
Sorry it didn't work for you! There are lots of lovely practices out there a bit lighter on the knees. :)
The stretches and child’s pose were great! However I do not think being on the knees so much in a practice while pregnant is safe. I personally experienced a lot of dizziness after this practice.
There is a lot of continuous movement in the practice which might have contributed to you feeling dizzy. I don't think it's unsafe to be on the knees but perhaps more padding under the knees might make it more comfortable. Either way, I hope that you are finding some suitable practices for you & thanks for giving the video a go! x p
Is 4:44 cobra pose safe in pregnancy?
Nadia Elads this should be fine during pregnancy but everyone is different so if it doesn’t feel good or your belly is pressing into the ground stay up in cat/cow on all fours rather than coming into full cobra. Hope that helps. 🙏
I found that this pose caused "coning" of my belly which can cause separation of abdominal muscles (not good!). I just left it out when doing this practice.
Could any of these workouts cause diastasis recti
The practices won't cause diastasis recti as that is a normally occurrence during pregnancy, but the severity of it varies from person to person. If you have been diagnosed with this condition then please seek advice before continuing any form of physical activity. :)
yoginimelbourne thank you very much
Pretty certain that that sphinx upward back bend up dog you did around 4:50 is a huge pregnancy no-no!
Had to stop midway...the poses hurt my knees.
Sorry to hear that! Perhaps try practicing on a softer surface, that is carpeted or using a double mat? We do spend a lot of time on the knees here so might not be suitable if it makes you uncomfortable or there are significant knee issues. :)
It's no bigee, your other videos are great!
Nice but very very gentle, maybe a bit slow if you are used to practising yoga
Yes this was definitely created for those wanting a gentler practice :)
