This looks delish and I will definitely try it! It's a shame you're getting criticism on this recipe, though, without any correction. It looks fine to me.

Aw thank you so much for your comment! I did my research and tried to make an authentic version. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I think you just need to cook it longer and add a little cream. It shouldn’t be that chunky in my opinion.

Ricetta su come NON si deve fare la bagna cauda. Totalmente sbagliata!!!! A parte questo, sei molto simpatica 😊 Auguri sinceri di buon anno!

Hi! I am sad I disappointed you! Although I am not Italian, I tried my very best to search the internet high and low for what seemed to be authentic versions of the recipe! I hope you enjoyed my New-England Italian version of the dish in some part! Happy New Year!

Wow, not traditional at all… at least at some point, learn to pronounce the name of the recipe correctly.

Aw I am so sad I disappointed you! I looked up several pronunciations ahead of time and tried to match the recipe as best I could to the recipes on Italian blogs. Let me know how I can do better, and I hope you at least found some joy in watching my New England-Italian Version of the dish!!

@@TastefullyGrace you definitely have fun making it and there is a lot to be said for that. My great grandmother, grand mother, and mom make used to make it every holiday. We descend from northern Italy so maybe your version has different roots.
