    I generally get demotivated because I am used to compare myself and when I didn't found me better than my competitors then I loose my confidence.
    And can't do anything.

    Thanks for sharing, Mike. My mantra is to focus on self-discipline rather than depending on motivation. When I build daily habits that support my goals, in time I'll be able to be productive on auto-pilot. I won't be at the mercy of the wave of motivation that comes and goes.

    Here is my gratitude by liking and sharing this.... i faced a big exam 2 months ago. I wrote it pretty well because of your videos. They motivated me a lot. If i didn't found this channel I may fail the exam. I think I'll have pretty good marks cuz i at least studied since last month before the exam. Now I'm starting a new exam season. But it's after 2 years. So fortunately I can start studying since now. That's the exam which I go or not go to university so it'll need so much sanctification. I don't know how to thank u enough. I owe u❤

    If there's one thing I realised, it's that I wasn't happy, but whenever I would have good grades, I would become happier knowing that I am at least going somewhere and achieving goals, but my issue is just getting up and doing that studying, even though ik it will make me happier, boy am I in an endless game

    I like this video for the fact that you go into detail explaining each key factor to productivity. While there are many viewpoints in all boils down to what works best for you. Some days I find completing smaller tasks first is easier because they are less daunting and make me feel accomplished on days where I lack energy. This leads to a conservation of energy and confidence boost that allows me to approach the more difficult and time consuming tasks. Also breaking them down into bite size pieces helps because it leads to similar results. Don't eat that frog and eat that frog! are both great books to read on tackling difficult tasks / smaller tasks and productivity. Thanks for the wonderful insight and explanation in your videos. It has been helping significantly in my research and hopefully one day I can use this information to help others for free.

    you know what i stayed up till mid night trying to get done my study but it's not easy ,i woke up next day and i found my self struggling to got out of my bed.i was nodding off in class , i have one big exam coming up and studying is really kicking my ass

    Hi, could you give me an advice for a personal problem? The thing is that whenever I stay with certain people, watch moves or read books with meanings and messages, I'm dramatically affected by that, and my thoughts are completely occupied by what I heard/read/watched, not allowing me to focus on what I truly want. I don't know if it is beacuse of my "confidence under construction" or something else, but I' really struggling with that. What could I do? Thanks to anyone

I have a question, you oftenly mention that you should not study for 16 hours a day every day, so can you give me advice on how much a high schooler should be studying with breaks ( pls mention the time of the breaks too ) and BTW i would join the course but I am a 12 year old and im broke😂
