Your wife is a SAINT. 4 kids for a weekend by herself? You got a real one. This is for the spouses of the runners who hold down the fort while we all do our long runs, race days, early nights, and more!
Truly.
thanks for continually giving the people (runners) what they want with the content.
❤️🔥 thanks for watching it all!!

Ngl, clicked on your vid before my commute to the office so the algorithm gods can bless it. I'll comment again once I watch watch it.🎉
floberg long form content + 🍿 + 🛋️ = 😌
Hell yeah, and the thumbnail is so aesthetically pleasing. Double hell yeah. You're an inspiration dude 4 kids, own business, and putting out these times. I'll get there
Oh snap! That’s me around 19:35 ! It was such a blast to meet you in person! You’re such an inspiration to not just runners but fellow photographers like me that also run!
I have my first ever marathon next weekend(May 11th)in Chattanooga. You are one of the reasons why I decided to sign up all those months ago. Thank you so much for everything you do!
Great content, Floberg! And super chuffed for you with the result!
43:44 Exactly how I feel after crossing the finishing line, uncontrollable smile, uncontrollable legs and uncontrollably loving people around you.
Will be looking forward to your autumn race and the training series!
Yes!! My favorite feeling. There’s no awkwardness with anyone. Everyone’s just wearing their heart on their sleeve. So good.
Thanks for taking us on the road with you.
What a great way to use up the time before my plane boards 🙌
This is such a beautiful and cinematic recap. Thanks Florberg.
CONGRATS Floberg! And thanks for making my SM z2 and hard intervals session go down enjoyably today!!!! 🙌😆
I absolutely loved this entire series. I think I comment on each video how motivating this series was. I am shooting for a marathon PR in January and I picked up so many great ideas in this series to deploy between my training block, the lead up to the race, and the race itself. I can't wait for that and I certainly can't wait to see what's next for you.
Had a race last Sunday - 31,3 kilometers with 559 high metres - the last hour was only pain but man was i dialed in from your 3 min hype video: kind of „the only thing that is left is: race!“ motivated me the full hour, leaving it all out there!! So proud of your time! And myself! 💪🫡 greets from Germany 😊
This was fire. Thanks for taking us on the journey with you, Eric!
Awesome video! I wish someone had told you before hand for your practice run that the carriage roads to your left on the hills runs for the entirety of the newton hils. It's what all us locals run on through out the year in prep for the marathon. Kofuzi did the exact same think, ran on the side walk to the right of the road on the hills. Unfortunately if you're not a native, you wouldn't know to use the carriage roads. Next Boston though! Hope to see you in Brooklyn for the half!
I'm in your video! Thanks for allowed us to relive the Boston experience ❤
been waiting for this one!!!
Reliving Boston moments for sure glad to be part of this community. Hope to see you in Chicago 🤞🏿🏁
Superb content, as always!
been looking forward to this, great stuff bro!!!
Dude so awesome to get that advice from Reed freaking Fischer before the race. Great video as always, thanks for taking us through the whole experience ❤️🔥
That hour absolutely flew by. Thank you for sharing the journey and being an inspiration🙂
Thank you for the consistency of great content, And for showing us this journey!
CONGRATULATIONS
Congrats again! Thanks for sharing the experience and great seeing you in Boston. I hope those toes are doing better.
Great Journey, loved it. I've ran Boston in the past 3 years, this year it's the worst weather. Hope to see you again next year!
Loved the series! Great job. Thanks for putting out great content. What’s Next??!!!!
Ugh bless another hour 🙏🏻
Eric you’re a badass!!! Just recently found your channel and was seriously looking forward to this video. It was awesome. You are such a down to earth guy and you’ve become such an inspiration. Started running this year and I’m running my first 10k and I’ll definitely be channeling my inner Floberg for success. Congrats!!!!❤️
Unreal trip. Absolutely loved following it all. Till the next one! G1M
I loved it! 🎉 huge congrats for the screening of your movie and the marathon!
One question! What is the brand of that big backpack?? I want one too
Great content, really inspirational! Can you give a gear breakdown for your marathon prep and marathon (if it differs at all?)
Woah! Epic!
Using the grade adjusted pace on Strava of 5:57/mi and Jack Daniel’s temperature conversion of 63 degrees, it has you running 2:35:02!
Got this at the perfect time, about to start my 2nd speed workout of the week. Had a rough day yesterday at work and definitely need to watch this for some motivation. Congrats again Eric at Boston, it brings me joy that you have accomplished so much not just a PR in Boston, but much more as a whole as a person. Hope someday I can make it to Boston or any world major and meet you someday 🎉🎉🎉😅
Ahh!! Go get it today!! There’s always going to be an ebb and flow in the training. Don’t let the bad days sideline you. Keep showing up and trusting the process. ⚡️
@@flobergruns Thanks Eric, appreciate it a lot you responded. Brings me joy, yeah and also it motivates me more to push myself after a terrible BQ attempt in April at Bakersfieldmarathon. I was prepped and ready to go sub 2:55 or more and pace was perfect at 6:30 pace till after no directions where to go at the half, made the wrong turn and ran more milage than anticipated and missed the cutoff time by 5-6 min. I was disappointed in myself that all my hard work after 5 months was for nothing and I will never get to Boston or any world majors. However after watching your race videos and podcasts, it helps me calm my nerves and reflect that this isn't the end and will eventually reach that goal sooner than expected. I will attempt again to run a BQ at CIM this year to hopefully qualify for 2026. I might try to get into Chicago next year since I hit the time for that already, but who knows if I get in since its competitive. Sorry for this long message, this is the first I got a message from you and want to give you my thanks for the kind words you've given me and I hope going forward you will reach more goals for yourself to get sub 2:30 and more. Hope family and friends is good as well. PS, might want to try out BPN Gels and electrolytes for CIM pre, looks promising but saving up money first to get some.
Fire video
Amazing
@flobergruns awesome video. I was fortunate to see your other Boston vid before it got taken down. In that one you mentioned your carb loading protocol. Can you please remind me what it was? My marathon is this Sunday 😮
The clip behind the truck looks like an illegal transaction 🤣.. love your content!
The thumbnail 👌🏻
Wake up, new video is out. Can't wait to watch, just know it's going to be 🔥
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Hellobiddy ! Classic! ❤️
Really enjoyed the series. Hope the BAA does not go after this video like they did Matt B and The Serious Runner in the past. Lets GoBERG!
Just got the notification this morning, unfortunately ☹️
Sorry to hear that. Kofuzi's Boston 2023 video is still up. I wonder what criteria he met to not get it banned.
Loved watching "making of a short" and looking forward to this "opposite of a short" vid
lol amazing
I could listen to you and Matt Fox talk about all the details for a long time ... 🙂Sensational content.
You can!! th-cam.com/video/_UDez6PPMfA/w-d-xo.html :)
Let’s go 🔥🤝
Love this! What handheld gopro stick do you use to film?
Reed sighting!
Awesome, congrats!
qq, why did you all don't use the running shoes from the beginning? :D
Great video! What shorts do you run with?
What do you use for your soft flask handle? I can’t seem to find anything for it. Thanks for all the content and congrats on a great race.
You're basically a minor celebrity at this point. Stay humble my man. Love the content.
I’m not sure people give Boston the respect it deserves. It certainly didn’t look like Kipchoge did!!
Oh god I wanna feel betterrrr
Thanks for introducing us to Timothy Edward Carpenter
Hi Eric, before the run when you all had your race shoes around your neck, what shoes were you wearing? Do you donate them or is there somewhere you can leave them for after as it was post bag-drop I wasn't sure? I love your videos, as a 4 hour runner you inspire me that one day I might have this experience. It's amazing!
It’s weird watching this post the event , bet you did not think it was going to be hard as it was , I also wonder if you pre race would think you could still achieve what you did under that temperature . Thanks for letting us be a fly on the wall.
Wich hand softflask did you use at the start and would you recommend it?
Do u have a link for the bottle u have been using
The toe part at the end! I always wonder how my fellow marathoners toes are doing! My feet modeling days are over… 💀
No idea if the music you use in your videos is the music you listen too. But does a floberg playlist exist anywhere?
Big fan of Flo but cannot wait for that angsty intro song to go
If You feel good at mile 18 wait 3 more miles 😂
52:30 was it always like that or its just happened in this race?
What happened the video with Floberg's commentary?
Ok wait is the toenail situation normal? I’ve never experienced anything like that
lol you TH-camrs all hang out 🤣
Big fan of Flo but cannot wait for that angsty intro song to go
