The second one is the most elaborate scam I've ever seen. All that effort on a scam. Just, damn.
effort ? recycling the trash from foxconn.
There are whole companies buying trash from foxconn to make this scams (and apple dont care, because if you are buying from wish, you DONT buy in apple stores). 2 hours work for maybe 15 $, 2 $ material, since the us gave china "free shipping" (look it up, NO chinese factory is paying for shipping international, thats ALL paied from the US) 370 $ profit.

0:12 I have tinnitus, it's a constant static ringing sound. I instantly thought "oh that's what my tinnitus is like" lmao. I can't imagine only finding out by posting that haha
Bruh I found out I have tinnitus from that post, I was like wow what a relatable post!
mine is sometimes like the sound of waves at the beach somehow. but sometimes - in quiet moments after waking up or going to bed - it gets so massive, that i almost become nauseatig! and when i learned about that you might cure it if you do it as early as possible, i already had them for many years without even knowing what it was.
@@gwendyylion4874 LOL yeah, I'm actually surprised. Tbh I've always had ringing in my ears occasionally since I was a kid but in recent months it's now constant ringing and static and it even makes sleeping hard. Tinitis is awful

The woman in Hawaii won in court, they have to tear down the house, and pay her costs. Someone counted telephone poles instead of doing a proper survey, and miscalculated...
Thank you I was looking for an answer to that post.

@@L83467 - That is when you enact Tree Law on them because you can bet some of those trees they cut down arent the sort that grow quickly.

@@Ryanthusar And some trees can't grow anymore because the atmospheric / soil composition has changed since that species of tree were seedlings.
14:10 The best thing is they went to the lottery office together and thought it would be hilarious to do this picture and had to convince the office to print up the big check for Bob.
I gotta say, Bob's a good sport about his paltry return. Goodness knows, if I won umpty-'leven bucks, I'd share some with my sister and beloved 92-year-old Southern Daddy, so I hope Bob's brother will do the same.
17:12 this can kill you. Especially if it's 1-2 days old snow that is already melting and has all the tiny crystals in it, then it's many times heavier and if it falls from two story house, well it's extremely dangerous.

You've got Wet Hands, You've got Dry Hands, And now you've got Broken Hands
Worst way someone broke both hands? Tested their Cybertruck trunk hand sensor feature on one hand, it failed, but SURELY that was an error, better try the other hand too just to prove it really does work.
I always thought that was stupid. I have a working sensor on my hatch in my minivan that works so well it won't close because it thinks that there *might* be something there, and even I won't test fate by using my actual hand. Who would do that?
(edit: skipped a letter)
Who would do that is somebody stupid enough to buy a cybertruck.
That's not so much a 'That sucks' that's just karma for stupidity.
Today I learned Cybertrucks have hand sensors in the trunk. That's weird. Just don't put your hand in the trunk door?
The house in the wrong lot in Hawaii was accidental though gross negligence would be a better descriptor. It was supposed to built in the neighboring lot- it’s all empty and looks alike- but the developer decided to not survey the land to save money and determined it’s location by counting telephone poles and got it wrong. Plus the county when issuing the permits and during multiple inspections didn’t notice the error either- and that is part of their job.
The poor woman bought the plot to one day build a women’s healing retreat someday and the state of the plot and the environment was very important to her. She found out about the house when she was notified after it was sold. More so, the new house became infested with squatters.
She didn’t want to buy the house. She didn’t want to trade lots. She didn’t want any deals along those lines. She wanted her lot as it was. It was important and sentimental to her. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for the multiple failures that led to the screwup. So she sued several entities. The developer counter sued claiming the house unjustly enriched her saying she was taking advantage of them (she didn’t want the dang house).
At this point, I heard a judge has ordered the house be removed and dismissed the counter claim. I don’t know more beyond that. I don’t know if they have to restore the land or if any other entity has to pay but I assume she received compensation. I heard about this house through the legal channel Steve Lehto who reads and discusses interesting legal cases in the news.
So, in short, development company built a house on the wrong plot of land by cutting corners to save some money, and sued a random woman who was otherwise not involved to try to not loose money for their mistake.
yeah the fact that she said she wanted the living things on the lot restored broke my heart. So much of Hawaiian land is exploited (alongside the Indigenous people) for financial gain without regard to the consequences. She actually appreciated and wanted to keep the nature and they destroyed it. Once you build a house somewhere it's developed land and takes a long time to return to nature.
I'm pretty sure they couldn't restore it because they fucked it up so bad if I seen things correctly. I'm pretty sure one of the things that they couldn't restore is the trees because the soil composition of the environment had changed from when the trees were saplings so it's basically not possible to regrow the same trees in the area because it just doesn't fit their needs anymore.

How the heck does that cop have a license
Also that cop isn’t chasing anyone (or if they are,the person they chasing is looooong gone)
It looks like they turned on the lights to justify running into the car.
they were chasing lunch lol
Agreed and quick reflexes to turn on their lights mid collision though. Lights were off till they crossed the asphalt line.
They probably got away with it unfortunately.
The "friends" gifting wine to someone who doesn't drink... They are not true friends
Agreed. Same with Me my mom buys me a bottle of whiskey for my b day and Xmas every year I have not drank in like 10 years
Real friends would give you vodka instead 😂💀
8:36 I remember when this was shared around for a bit and oml. The scream is so loud I honestly believe it spooked the other woman and kid more than the guy showing up. If I remember right he was just picking up his mail that ended up at their house.
The dude looks awful though. What a creepy style.
19:48 On the plus side, now he has a stash of gifts to give to his friends on their birthdays.
They would probably like it?
That thumbnail is how I get my packaged quite often. Usually medicines. They can open the mailbox door so the package fits, but I have to get it through the smaller maildoor. No packaged can get through that door so I have to tear the box into pices and get my meds. This picture gives me PTSD.
Can you place instructions to the delivery to be placed at your front door?
An easy way to get a box like that out is to poke a hole through the cardboard, stick the short end of an allen key in the hole and hook it. Then pull. Use two if it's too heavy.
I had that happen once. Our mail box was old but custom built by my grandfather. It was 1/8 inch (~3mm) thick for the main body. The body was (HxWxD) 20x15x15 inches (~61x38x38cm) and shaped like the normal upside-down "U" It was welded onto a thick 4 inch steel pipe and sunk 8 feet into the ground with concrete. He built it back in the 1960s sometime. Anyway, jump forward to 2012 or 2014 and our USPS driver that day decided that instead of brining the box to the door, they would just jam it into this mailbox. That box was half-inch taller and wider than the box. This mofo had to have gotten out of the vehicle and pushed (ie: forced) this box into the mailbox, remember the box is rectangular while the mailbox is an upside-down U ... I couldn't get it out, so had to cut open this extra thick heavyduty cardboard box. I was not happy. Luckily nothing was broken inside, but man that was infuriating. It took ten minutes to get the box out, since the items inside was glassware and a few bottles of non-hazard/non-toxic chemicals (home hobbyist chemist/collector). The box on ALL SIDES said "GLASS FRAGILE" ... yeah, I took pictures, went to the post office, complained and showed them the pictures. Never saw that driver again, though I rarely saw him anyway. Sadly that mailbox was destroyed by some idiot driving a truck and running over mailboxes. I hope it destroyed his truck.
16:14 In the US you're not allowed to leave the lot with a financed car without proving it's insured. So they may be lucky if banks are as strict in other countries.
That police car was from the San Mateo County Sheriff's department (in California), so this was definitely in the US.
I mean, either way, the cop is obviously at fault, so the cop insurance would end up paying anyways
In NY you could buy a car straight in cash and they won’t let you leave the lot without insurance. If your insurance lapses for like one day the NY gov will pull your registration and shortly after will suspend your license. NY is crazy.
@@FerociousPancake888nope, that's one of the very few things NY does right.
@@MrManniG No, auto insurance is a criminal con, needs to be abolished, and the people involved in the passage of that law were purchased - for which abuse of power they need to rot in jail for the rest of their natural lives. This is true of all insurance, but auto insurance is the one that state governments have complied with openly.
Inb4 oh you've never been hit - yes I have, they weren't insured, I am well aware of the problem insurance purports to solve. "Pay through the nose for not getting in an accident for well over a decade" isn't a solution to anything.
12:40 Those are United States Postal service parcel boxes. They don't give a shit if you can get it out. Source - I have, more than a least a dozen times, had to wait at the box to catch the delivery person to retrieve my parcel and since the parcel carrier is not necessarily the mail carrier it can takes HOURS for them to show up. Using suction cups, tape or anything else, doesn't work on our boxes as there is a 1/4 inch lip on all 4 sides to keep the door from swinging inwards. Tearing the box up to get the contents doesn't always work either as many times the contents completely fills the carton with no packing materials/extra space.

Keep the card with each bottle of wine and regift it to that person on their birthday
Petty maybe, fun yes
Not even petty. Just the reason wine is actually a solid gift: nearly anyone can appreciate it as a gift because it lasts and there is almost always someone they know who they can regift it to. Particularly if you got it from a person and not your company, since then they are most definitely such a person and it can be used as a free "get out of gifts"-card.
Additionally, even if you got noone to gift it to, wine is a very easy thing to resell supposedly.
@@feha92 it's more the point that you don't gift wine to someone who gave up the drink, that is quite rude and disrespectful
So keep the card and regift that bottle back to that person

7:02 not a worst idea, just my immediate thought. Skateboard. Fell, tried catching himself. Please, never do this guys, just let yourself fall.
Or get wrist guards, they exist for a reason.
Yup, curl up around your head, don't extend your arms. Learning to properly fall would save a lot of people a lot of pain. It isn't about trying to keep yourself from guilt hitting the ground, that's gonna happen anyways, it's about minimizing long term damage.
This is especially important for adults. Kids can bounce back from a lot of things, teens too. But once you hit about 20, your bones and joints become a LOT less forgiving.
Thing is, I'm not a skateboard expert, but pretty sure trying to catch yourself is like A HUMAN INSTINCT OR SOMETHING? It's similar with knives. Monke brain do accident, monke brain try to fix accident as soon as possible, monke brain make it even worse. @@TheStitchpanda If the kid decides to draw on the walls, you're gonna have to be lucky that it's a type of marker you can get off without leaving a mark or you're repainting that wall anyway. Airplane seats one. Sadly airlines do this all the time. They bank on people missing flights so they can double book seats to make more money. Then they bank on people not redeeming the vouchers they give as compensation for denied boarding in these situations. It’s scummy and greedy AF. “Loved” being the gate agent who had to endure hearing “I paid for a seat!” And having to explain why it’s my fault I can’t give it to them, even though it’s the higher ups.
how to break both of your hands at the same time? falling down stairs while master-baiting - probably?!
My aunt broke both her wrists by trying to brace herself when she fell down backwards. Somewhat humorously, she was in the middle of performing a flappy birds skit for children in the hospital. She’s very clumsy. She broke her collarbone at my wedding and twisted her ankle at my cousins wedding.
When she broke both wrists and had casts down to her fingers she was obviously incapable of doing *anything*. It was determined that as her niece I would be the least embarrassing of the available options for the time being, so I was her nurse until my late grandmother’s former home healthcare worker could come take over. (And thank goodness for her. She is great.)
Note, I am not close with this aunt. I did everything for her. I bathed her, I even wiped her butt. I just buckled down and buried how awkward I felt, empathized with how awkward she must’ve felt, and we got through it.
Now she’s taking care of her wheelchair-bound husband in Florida by herself. I worry for both of them. (BTW at the time of the broken wrists, he was living in New York and chose NOT to come help her. We were extremely confused about their relationship. Still are.)
My cousin on the other side of my family broke both arms, wrists, hands, and some fingers in a horrific gymnastic accident during her lessons when she was about 12. My uncle saw the whole thing happen from the sidelines. It was gruesome. She had to have surgery to have pins put in multiple places to put her back together. She spent the entire summer in full arm casts and then do physical therapy, and she was so brave.

3:30 This hurts me as well, since I turned 30 this year, my mom told me she was planning a big celebration for me as soon as I got off work... Instead, the house was empty. No one sent me a Happy Birthday text, or card or anything. Instead they texted my mom to wish me a happy birthday even though they have my phone number. As my mom told me, her reason for not inviting anyone was that she didn't think I would enjoy being celebrated in a crowd. While one side of me does respect her since she knows I'm a shy and slightly antisocial person who doesn't feel comfortable in crowded places, the other side feels that it still feel like this once a lifetime thing should've been something to celebrate on, if not that then just a family gathering for everyone to visit.. When I seen my favorite aunt she told me she 'Forgot' I turned 30 this year... at least the ice cream cake was good.
