    Drag curls of any kind are super underrated. They’re quite a bit easier than regular curls, but that upper back contraction is undeniable

    I've never done anything to directly target my traps, but I see decent growth from consistently doing farmer's carries and Zercher squats.

      @@GarageStrength Thank you. As a newcomer to weighttraining and to rugby, I'd love to see some specific content for the sport. Maybe a legday with the most important/ basic exercises so I won't waste my time in the gym with redundant exercises. I love your content man!

    Mulching your front and backyard while shoveling your wheel barrel full then pushing your wheel barrel around all weekend is the real killer... finish it off with taking down an old shower curtain then re hanging a new one without stopping is a burn you can't duplicate

    I love how you talk about old man strength. I'm 52 and it's cool that you throw in content for us crypt keepers. Middle age yokness is, for lack of a better term, is fun. Not to mention very useful in my Olympic Weightlifting. I'll add this to my other favorite, Lu lifts.

    Try weighted dips. Not with a belt, with a weight vest. Set yourself a little wider than your usual hand base if you can. Pause at the bottom of each rep for a couple seconds. This will give you a trap activation you didn’t even know was possible, I promise you

    • @BeGrizzlyStrong
      @BeGrizzlyStrong 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A lot of people over engage the traps on rows and lay work. So they get trap development through that. That's what built my traps, unwittingly. Also hurt my gains elsewhere.

    Good look sir. I've been emphasizing my lats since my 20's why? If the ladies see your lats, delts and traps first before they even see the front of you. Sir those panties are yours to claim. I love how the drag fly crushes the width and length of the whole trapezius muscle I have been lethargicly working on traps from bottom to top. Good look this puts it all together.
