    I tried the Horst pulls before my dynamic bench press yesterday and I feel it is addition to my dynamic upper workouts.

    Used Horst pulls and PA press early in my achilles rehab since i didnt need my feet, Horst pulls especially helped my pwoer snatch go up!

    My coach loves to give me kneeling stuff overhead work haha. Usually half kneeling though to get some more dynamic movement as a powerlifter.

    Thanks. I have to get very creative with my training after rupturing my achilles. No weight bearing for me so this is perfect to maintain my strength.

    I love landmine press kneeled. I do it twice a week. Single leg kneeled

    Fantastic accessories. I love this video. As a kettlebell instructor I have used hall and full kneeling exercises. One of my favorite is kneeling one arm pull downs ( shoulder of pulling arm directly under in line with the pulley). Load it heavy.

      Pronated hand position at top and supinated hand position at bottom of the movement.

    There's some dude jumping up and down like crazy when these women make great lifts. They need to improve security at the meets. Great lifts!

    How can we scale the kneeling jumps until we are comfortable? Should be hold on to something and attempt or do prisoner squats to build strength on the bottom position? Thank you in advance. I love all of these!

    Those straps do look pretty sweet. I've switched my cable overhead extension to using a false grip on revolving curl bar and concentrating on the internal rotation in the shoulders at full extension. I have no literature to cite but it feels good AF. My 6 year old daughter destroys knee jumps...but she's more interested in dance. 😑

    If the athlete is pressing out, then their triceps are strong enough. It's a timing issue(technical)

    At 1:10 "No one does kneeling accessories … if you see anyone doing kneeling accessories, they stole them from garage strength weightlifting .. " Love the channel, but I do my shoulder press and bicep curls kneeling in my bedroom with powerblock dumbbells. Then I’ll lay down and finish off with some tricep floor presses,

    The only thing that I disagree on is on 5:10 you stated that lately there's information showing that doing tricep extensions will strengthen your lockout, actually Louie preached this for over 40 years, always saying to train your triceps for a stronger press, not only Louie but Dave Tate and many more old school legends, people just never gave them credit because some were geared powerlifters, just saying. This stuffs been around for a bunch of decades. But overall good information.

      Louie was also a big fan of people doing kneeling cleans and snatches. He was demoing those years ago when a CF crew came by Westside. He was also a fan of kneeling jumps.
