    If you want sick forearms, do this. Put your hands out in front of you, open your hands as wide as you can, then close them to a fist, fast. Open, then close, as fast as you can. All the way open, all the way close. In less then one minute they will be on fire. This is how the shaolin train in eagleclaw. Maybe I should make a video.

    I go to a regular gym. They don't have 3 types of fat bars or whatever... not very useful video for me

    Intriguing vdo.Only exercise I'm wary abt is the Plate Flip,which's potentially injurious.That aside,I found it useful.

      Garage Strength TV 1st one is great as it won’t require anything else than a 3 inch pipe and a string with weight.
      In others I need different rods and other stuff that is not easy available.
