    Easy Pemmican.
    Simple Pemmican for everybody who wants to try, the North American indigineous preserving food.
    For the tallow ratio, you can just go with your feeling and pour slowly.
    First: cut the meat in small and thin stripes.
    Then: 15 minutes on 150 celsius.
    Next: 10 hours on 50 celsius.
    Then: Break it into a powder with a mortel.
    Next: Mix in the salt and melt the tallow (mix in dried berries if you have).
    Lastly: Mix in the tallow and spread the pemmican on a baking paper.

    Really nice video, but does it really taste that bad ? I would like to make it for my hiking trip, but Im kinda picky eater though. Dryed meat is like very mid to me, but it should taste just like dryed meat no ?

      Yeah it just tastes like dried meat. You can also put it in soups to make it tastier. Good luck if you’re trying 🏕️
