This is the BEST zucchini bread I have ever had!!! I followed the recipe exact except for I made large muffins instead of a loaf and I added toasted walnuts and pecans. SOOOO good! Thank you for sharing! ❤❤❤

Jill, this is another recipe I need to try. I say "try" because everything I do in the kitchen is trying. I'm better suited to reading and doing jigsaw puzzles. I still have to learn how to make substitutions for wheat flours. - Judy

The recipe I use is almost the same as yours. The only difference is you use all brown sugar. I love brown sugar so I'm definitely going to do that the next time I make it. Thank you for sharing your mom's recipe.😊
Add a drained 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple to your zucchini batter before baking. Called Zucchini Pineapple Bread and delish. I am sure your Mom's is delicious also, pineapple is just a little different but delish. Thanks
As of today, Aug 7th 2021, the tube stopped putting stuff in description box. No text ,other than video name.. no date, no links ....nothing to refer to. So we do need a list of ingredients

I used to be able to scroll the screen under the title, for information. but I guess they changed the view for you tube on my tablet. I did find a downward arrow , no text saying 'show more ' , and that opens a different screen with your information. I'm not a fan of technology.
I did not peel them. If the zukes are small enough (nothing the size of a baseball bat :-) ) they will be just fine. If you do use a very large zucchini you may want to peel and de-seed.

Thanks for writing. The only thing I changed was the flour. Other than that, the recipe is identical. Oh. Yes...I did make the oil avocado instead of corn oil. They didn't have avocado oil back in 1964. Thanks so much for watching.
