- Yep, that winter coat time of the year again!! and the fox go FLOOF, all fluffed up and poofy! This is his 6th edition winter coat (being 5 1/2 years old)!

Ron is a pet red fox I bought from a licensed exotic animal breeder, in Oklahoma, captive-bred and hand-raised. My state of Arkansas allows pet foxes without any permit needed.
He enjoys a large outdoor habitat and also a small indoor caged spot in my living room. Foxes are said to make 'bad' pets, but I would rather say foxes make wonderful pets!... just rather destructive, moody pets, NOT FOR CHILDREN.

Aw .. i was lucky enough to pet one too during my vacations in a green part of Greece some years ago . The whole place was a forest and the fox came right after we started bbqing outside haha i was a bit scared at first cos in my mind , foxes were like a smaller version of wolves but then i realized i was able to even feed her by hand . The fact that a wild forest animal like them is social enough to act like pets for a while , is just great .. it only proves how smart these lil furballs are

im not trying to ruin the comment but a fox would not a human unless it be a baby but anything bigger than itself well it would not want to try to fight it as food but as a human and you seen it would try to attack you if it does fill like it is in danger or running away but you seen running was not a option so the only choice he had to do is defense mode by biting him also this evidence is not 100% right :).
