What rods do you recommend to buy in with planer boards for walleyes?
And should it be a Medium or Medium Heavy etc. thanks

Raff There is no specific rod really for planer boards. Some prefer rods over 8ft. I’ve seen people with rods less than 6ft. I’d go with a medium action 7ft-8ft rod.

Why don't you snap your line off your front clip and let it swing back over everything to the middle?

jeff alden We use a special clip so our boards cannot come off, but we will try that method too!
