Knife Sharpening [Aritsugu Horse Mackerel Knife] Making "namero" with three pieces of grater! ️

I re-sharpened the horse mackerel knife and sliced the horse mackerel into three pieces to make a snack called "namero" for sake.
The size of the knife makes it easy to handle, so it is useful to have one. How about cooking the fish you caught yourself?
