at that time, Shaq was a tadbit smaller and less bulked-up compared to Dennis so I think Worm takes it, but give it a year more then Shaq might just ragdoll Rod
if there is a person that can say "yeah I lived a life" then it is this guy surely. Always being true to ones own self, he must have been one serene person
Him leading the league in RBPG for 7 straight seasons as a 6'7 power forward is crazy enough, but the fact that he did it during the golden age of centers in the 90's is mind-boggling. You had great big men like Shaq, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Hakeem Olajuwon, Alonzo Mourning etc. and yet Dennis Rodman, a player who is around the height of a shooting guard was the man grabbing all the boards to become a multiple time rebounding champion.
The passion that Dennis Rodman played with is nearly incomparable. He wasn’t afraid to be himself, express who he was, and play with grit, heart, and go all out without any regard for his well-being! How many people at 6’7 can you think of that can effectively defend NBA centers and power forwards? How many 6’7 guys could get as many rebounds as he could? Not very many, and that’s what made Rodzilla special and the reason why he was on various championship teams. 🔥
Rodman could actually shoot and in college averaged near 26pts and 16rb a game, he gave up his offense when he joined the Pistons because Chuck asked him to. Imagine the player he would have been if he joined a team where he was given the ball on O as well.
@@absolutevalue23 he was a hooper for sure, but if he came into today's league that's full of big spoilt kids who just want to shoot 3s and not play D he probably never would have become the legend that he did.
How about some love for Craig Sager!Amazing human being who absolutely deserves his own documentary. He was one of the few who genuinely cared about the players he covered. RIP 🙏
Bro same. I had like elvis hair as a kid. I had a big head of hair and one day I tried to shave it off and do the multi color dye job he had during the finals. My mom found out and put an end to that 😂. Not a single hair was cut
And about this reason i love Dennis Rodman and he is my favourite basketball player. He was the first player i admired and he will always be my most favourite.
That cameraman may have put some acting into his injury. But as a man, if prime Dennis Rodman kicked me full force in the groin?! Idk how much acting I would have to put on 🤣
The worm was a colorful player He came in late and balled out on the court then went to the club Such a legend when you know he goes to Vegas for a vacation 😂

Rodman is more like a troll who is having the time of his life while trolling, out hustling you and getting in your head. That looseness makes him never lose control compared to Draymond who is so intense he can't always control himself. When Rodman gets kicked out of games it always felt like they won already or it was for an edge. I don't think I've seen him get kicked out of the game when it's the last minute and tied. His cheap shots are for head games not something that's going to get a guy hurt. Draymond can really dirty and dangerous at times I respect them both willing to do their role to win but Rodman is another level.
His on court antics and hairstyles are crazy. Dating Carmen Electra and Madonna is nuts. But being friends with Kim Jong Un? Absolutely insane. It's the kind of story you wouldn't believe if there was not video evidence.
Rodman is the epitome of knowing his role, especially to the Bulls team. Did all crazy off the court antics BUT delivered the goods (defense and rebounds) consistently. How can you police a player when he’s doing his role tenaciously?
Clueless LeBronze fanboys have to stop dissing Jordan by claiming that MJ specially recruited top rebounder Rodman to win more championships. As good as he was, Rodman was a powderkeg that could blow up at any moment whom no other team was willing to take a bet on; so if anything else, it shows MJ's influence and leadership to be able to handle a player like the Worm and keep him on point, while tolerating his nonsense.
@@Short-productions. Draymond didn't have as much hustle as Rodman, no one dove for the ball or went after rebounds like Dennis. With all that being said they still have different playstyles.
Only Rodman could fly out to Vegas in the middle of the season, party all night and then give you like 15-20 rebounds the next day.

The man, The Myth, The Legend… Dennis Rodman!

The Worm was my idol growing up in the 90's
Greatest rebounder none scorer and one the all time great defenders of all time
as much as i hate his partying lifestyle i cannot hate this man for being himself completely and of course a basketball genius...
Crazy thumbnail 💀

I mean…draymond is kinda like him, but he doesn’t have that aura or personality, and their playing style is a bit different too.

I'd be playing it ALL the way to the bank 😂
you damn right!
Draymond can choke and kick anyone he can , they'll never be another worm 🪱
Josh Hart, in terms of a small guy that's massive at rebounding
i love the story of him. '
if im the cameraman im pressing charges and hoping to get more than 200k im finna cry and pass out too. lmaoo

the cameraman is the greatest flopper not to play in a basketball court.
7 straight times lead in rebound including at the age of 36.. oldest player 2 lead.. no joke.. in 3 different teams.. 🎉🎉🎉
