Hey and hello! I am a transaction coordinator and recently started my business (officially). I just wanted to say "thank you" for such amazing and practical content. As I have not experienced transactions form an Agents' point of view, I stumbled across your content while trying to learn how I can better serve future / current agents. To make a long story longer, while I acknowledge and appreciate your drive for your as explained target viewer, I found this, as well as your video from last year so very helpful that I recommended it to the brokerage I used to be employed through as Administrative Director. Your breakdown and delivery is so palatable that I believe you're a fantastic resource for all new agents! Overall, thank you so much for your contribution helping individuals to "self educate". I too focus my business to those whom I believe could asset most from the opportunity I'm trying to offer in my TC business. "Communication Is Key TC" for the record. " Had to do it". Best of luck! I'm subscribed, dialed in and 5 star thank you!! Your insight helps me help more. Congrats on your marriage as well.
Hey Sarah, this comment has really made my day 🙌🏽 I would love if you’d reach out to me. I’d love to use/recommend you service to anyone in need. It takes a lot to produce these videos and receiving comments like this really inspires me to keep my foot on the gas! Welcome to the family 🙏🏽💙
I am currently in the process of getting my real estate license and was very curious on the process so thank you very much for making this video! It seems like if you have done it a few times it can be simple but since I have not done it yet it might be a little overwhelming but I have a good mentor to help me so hopefully that will help me in the long run and guide me to be a good real estate agent.
Great Video! Do you have any videos on the step 4 on buyers side? A deeper dive on all the inspections, surveys, and other thing that have to be done to protect the buyer? Thanks again!
Thanks man! I actually don’t but will create in and have it posted within the next month. Do you have any specific questions you want me to answer or just a deeper dive?
just got my licence haven't had my first deal yet curious to what has to be done pretty much everything from going under contract to closing. Like is there a check list of inspections or other task you have to complete or things to look out for when doing a house walkthrough with the buyers? stuff like that i wish there was a checklist or something lol
lol I understand completely man! I’m a checklist kind of guy myself. I’ll create the video and create the check list for you boss. Be on the lookout. Also feel free to reach out to me on IG we can walk through some stuff then.
I’ve never dealt with a foreclosure transaction but I can only assume the selling of that property would be about the same. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙏🏽
You mentioned that you tell your buyers that they don’t pay your commission, but the seller does? The buyer is responsible for their agents commission, the sellers are not obligated to pay the buyers commission so that needs to be conveyed to the buyer so they understand there is a possibility for them to be responsible for that. There’s a pretty huge lawsuit going on because of this misinformation being spread. Just wanted to put that out there in case some people didn’t know!
Thanks for commenting but I curious to know about this lawsuit and where it shows that buyers pay commissions? I’ve never been paid by a buyer but always open to hear if I’m wrong.
