I was looking online all over for a video like this! Everybody posts about marketing and getting leads, but barely anyone gives you these details. Thank you.
YO BRO I PASSED MY TEST FIRST TRY. LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Just got my license activated with LPT Realty and I got my first deal already (though its a family member). You a real one for these videos. Thanks so much, man.
@@jennifercantlon2867 prepagent and aceableagent course. It's really not that hard. I found myself saying it's hard when people asked because I felt bad they were failing but long as you know basic math and have decent deductive skills you'll do alright
As a newly licensed agent, I have watched countless videos to try and better prepare myself for the real thing when it comes time and this is the single most helpful video I have come across. Thank you for making this; it's full of great advice!!
You’s one beast I used to wholesale and made close to 200k back in 2019 but being an agent is different 🤙🏾 thank god for channels like yours. Sending aloha from Hawai’i
After 6 months of being an agent in Texas this is the first video I’m watching after one transaction. I love it! I’m liking subscribing and hitting the notification bell! Keep them coming!
Just got situated with my brokerage and waiting for the delivery of my license. This video definetly helped some of the questions I had as to how the process goes before having been in the field. Thanks man!‼️👍
As a realtor, I definitely like being a sellers agent, it can be a little scary getting a shit ton of offers from the buyers agents, and with the NAR settlement we are definitely having more buyer agents request commission from the seller but other than that it’s a cakewalk for me
I would highly recommend google to find them but you should spend time interviewing them and asking other agents who they use and why! I hope this helps🙏🏾
When you get your first call from your first potential client, how do you deal? WHAT QUESTIONS do you ask, and what info do you provide them. Thank you,
Renter wants to do a soft credit check but I haven’t even met him yet or seen the property except for the pic on Craigslist. To rent a room from someone shouldn’t I at least see the place first than if I like what I see then I do a credit check. ????
Im a potential new agent and scheduled to sit for my licensing exam in a week . Although I don’t think this content will be on the exam I can appreciate this information because the pre licensing course I took did not explain the actual steps/ processes involved on neither the buyer or the seller side of things as a agent. Good content …. Salute
That’s exactly why I made the video bro. It’s crazy how you really never know the steps until you go through them! I appreciate you for watching and commenting 🙏🏽
Coming right in handy! I’m having my first buyers consultation on Thursday! Lol I’m nervous and excited! She’s a very serious buyer! Has already told me what she’s looking for! Can’t wait to meet up to dig more into it
Good vid. I do have a few questions though about EMD and money transfers and account set up. How do you go about setting up an escrow account and does the buyer give those funds themselves to an account they set up with someone or does the agent take the money on behalf of the client and set up the accounts?
After working with a client for a month and showing them about 15 homes I decided I no longer wanted to be a buyers agent. It's time consuming dealing with buyers
Great video and information, but the burp without saying excuse me was gross. I’m was like did he just keep talking like we didn’t hear it and nothing happened? Weird. Good info tho. 🤷🏾♀️
Ugh I’m so happy I found this video😩I have my license and I’m starting to push myself out there but I was nervous I wasn’t going to know what to do. This video helped A LOT🩷
I would look for someone who once I have a deal under contract that handle just about everything from there. It would have to be someone local though that’s the dream.

How’s it going now? Close your first sale?

What materials did you use to study?? I’m testing next month

I’m a new agent, this was so helpful breaking it down like this. Brokers just aren’t doing this 💯💖
Exactly! I appreciate you for noticing lol🙏🏽
Thank you!!! I’ve been looking for something like this on TH-cam. I appreciate you!!! I’m going to listen to this multiple times
That’s awesome to know🙌🏽 thanks for watching and commenting
This was the most helpful video I’ve seen. Thank you!!
Glad to know that🙏🏽
Great content 🔥🔥👏🏾 thank you Brodie … new to the channel and new to real estate.. video on generating leads 👀
I have a few but thinking about working on some others. Stay tuned 📺
Love this video nobody online has actually posted the steps
Glad to know it helped🙌🏽

So what type of contracts do we need for a buyer's agent?
Just got situated with my brokerage and waiting for the delivery of my license. This video definetly helped some of the questions I had as to how the process goes before having been in the field. Thanks man!‼️👍
Happy to help honestly🙌🏽
Hey I have a question do you think you make a video on how to sign all the contracts and what all the contracts mean?
Yes I can.
Just got my license! Do you ever go through how to go through the contracts?
I don’t because my audience if worldwide. If you’d be interested I’m open to discussing this more!
As a realtor, I definitely like being a sellers agent, it can be a little scary getting a shit ton of offers from the buyers agents, and with the NAR settlement we are definitely having more buyer agents request commission from the seller but other than that it’s a cakewalk for me
I agree 1000%
I’m completely new to real estate and I know nothing. Where do I start? I understand I have to get licensed but where do I go to do that?
I have a playlist on my channel around how to get your real estate license from start to finish! I would start there.
Do they have Real estate companies that mentor on how to sell and brokers with potential leads? If so who? Thanks
They exist you just have to do a good amount of work finding them. I would watch my video explaining how to find the right broker for you!
Great information!
Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
Great info thank you for the breakdown 👍
Glad it was helpful!
Can you give more information about finding closing attorneys?
I would highly recommend google to find them but you should spend time interviewing them and asking other agents who they use and why! I hope this helps🙏🏾
my main concern is how/when to present the contracts for them to sign in order to work exclusively with you
Now you have to do it before you show the first home!!!
When scheduling inspections, surveys, and anything else for the house does the agent have to pay for that??
Not at all!
@@MartezKelly So is it our job as the agent to make sure it happens and the buyers job to actually pay for it?
Right you make sure the timing works with closing and getting it scheduled.
Great job
Thank you!!
When you get your first call from your first potential client, how do you deal? WHAT QUESTIONS do you ask, and what info do you provide them. Thank you,
I’ll be making a video on that soon!!
Great video.
Thank you!!
Are there any updates? New info? I'm new and looking for a recent video 😁
I’m going to update my real estate videos very soon be on the lookout 👀

I would highly recommend you not following through unless you at least see the property.
Best of luck
How do you get leads
A number of different ways. I get a lot of leads from my TH-cam channel.
Awsome very educational thank you just subcribed
Thank you so much🙌🏽
When I send the contract/offer to the listing agent, do I CC the buyer also?
I wouldn’t.

How do you go about setting up an escrow account and does the buyer give those funds themselves to an account they set up with someone or does the agent take the money on behalf of the client and set up the accounts?
That depends a lot on the title office and contract. I usually ask the buyer bring the check to the title office.
I work for a realtor in SC. Can you give me a step by step seller pending transaction plan?
If I'm not mistaking I covered both side in this video.
So incredibly helpful man what a well done video. Cannot thank you enough

Thank you it was helpful! Can you pretend you are writing offers so we can see the way you do it?

Awesome
